|a استهدفت الدراسة بناء قائمة مقترحة للمعايير الأكاديمية المرجعية لبرنامج الدبلومة المهنية لمدربي سباحة الرواد، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لتحقيق هدف البحث وطبيعة إجراءاته، بلغ قوام عينة (٢٤٥) فردًا، وتم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية، بلغت عينة البحث المستخدمة في المعاملات العلمية (٥٠) فردا بنسبة (20.41%) من إجمالي المجتمع الأصلي ومن خارج عينة البحث الأساسية، في حين بلغ قوام عينة البحث الأساسية (١٩٥) فردا بنسبة (79.59%) من إجمالي المجتمع الأصلي، واعتمد الباحث على تحليل المحتوى والوثائق، حيث تم دراسة وتحليل المراجع والكتب العلمية والدراسات المرتبطة المتعلقة بموضوع المعايير الأكاديمية للدراسات العليا بوجه عام، والمعايير الأكاديمية القياسية لمرحلة الدبلوم والمعتمدة من الهيئة القومية لضمان جودة التعليم والاعتماد، وكذلك المعايير الأكاديمية الدولية لبرامج الإعداد المهني لمدربي السباحة لبناء القائمة المقترحة، وقام الباحث باستطلاع رأي السادة الخبراء في القائمة المقترحة في صورتها الأولية وحساب صدق المحتوى، وقام بتطبيق القائمة المقترحة بعد استطلاع رأي السادة الخبراء على عينة استطلاعيه بلغت (50) فردًا وحساب المعاملات العلمية للقائمة (الصدق "صدق المحتوى"- صدق الاتساق الداخلي، الثبات) والوصول للشكل النهائي للقائمة، والذي تم تطبيقه على عينة البحث الأساسية وبلغ عددها (195) فردا، وخلصت الدراسة إلى بناء قائمة المعايير الأكاديمية المرجعية لبرنامج الدبلومة المهنية لمدربي سباحة الرواد، وتراوح معامل صدقها بين (0.567- 0.602)، ومعامل ثباتها بين (0.582، 0.617)، وذلك يؤكد على أن القائمة المقترحة على درجة مقبولة من الصدق والثبات، ويوصي الباحث إجراء المزيد من الدراسات لإعداد قائمة المعايير الأكاديمية المرجعية لكلا من البرنامج المهني لمرحلة (الماجستير- الدكتوراه) في تدريب السباحة للرواد.
|b The study aimed to build a proposed list of academic reference standards for the Professional Diploma Program for Pioneer Swimming Coaches. The researcher used the descriptive approach for its suitability to achieve the research objective and the nature of its procedures. The sample size was (245) individuals, and it was selected randomly. The research sample used in the scientific transactions was (50) individuals, representing (20.41%) of the total original community and outside the basic research sample, while the basic research sample size was (195) individuals, representing (79.59%) of the total original community. The researcher relied on content and document analysis, as references, scientific books, and related studies related to the subject of academic standards for postgraduate studies in general, and the standard academic standards for the diploma stage approved by the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education, as well as the international academic standards for professional preparation programs for swimming coaches were studied and analyzed to build the proposed list. The researcher surveyed the opinions of the experts on the proposed list in its initial form and calculated the content validity. He applied the proposed list after surveying the opinions of the experts on a survey sample of (50) individuals and calculating the scientific transactions for the list (validity Content validity- internal consistency validity, reliability) and reaching the final form of the list, which was applied to the basic research sample, which numbered (195) individuals. The study concluded with building a list of academic reference standards for the professional diploma program for pioneer swimming coaches, and its validity coefficient ranged between (0.567 -0.602), and its reliability coefficient ranged between (0.582, 0.617), which confirms that the proposed list has an acceptable degree of validity and reliability.
