|a استهدفت الدراسة توضيح دور أعادة هندسة العمليات، في تحسين الأداء المستدام بشركة القابضة لمصر للطيران من خلال اختبار مدى وجود علاقة بين العناصر الرئيسية لإعادة هندسة العمليات والأداء المستدام للشركة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين عناصر إعادة هندسة العمليات (التغيير الأساسي، التغيير الجذري، التغيير في العمليات، الاعتماد على تكنولوجيا المعلومات، الاعتماد على النتائج الضخمة، الاعتماد على التفكير الاستقرائي) وبين تحسين الأداء المستدام للشركة. مما يدعم التوصية بضرورة العناية والاهتمام بإعادة هندسة العمليات (التغيير الأساسي، التغيير الجذري، التغيير في العمليات، الاعتماد على تكنولوجيا المعلومات، الاعتماد على النتائج الضخمة، الاعتماد على التفكير الاستقرائي) في البيئة المصرية، نظرا للدور الذي تلعبه في تحسين الأداء المستدام للشركات وتحقيق الأهداف المخططة.
|b This study aimed to clarify The Evaluation of Process Re-engineering’s Role In Improving the Sustainable Performance of the Holding Company of Egypt Air by examining the extent to which there is a relationship between the main elements of Process Re-engineering and the sustainable performance of the Holding Company of Egypt Air. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant correlation between Process Re-engineering’s and improving the company's sustainable performance. This supports the recommendation of the necessity of care and attention for Process Re-engineering’s management in the Egyptian environment, given the role it plays in improving the sustainable performance of companies and achieving the planned goals.
