|a هدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة أثر رأس المال الفكري على تفعيل دور التحول الرقمي- دراسة تطبيقية على الشركة المصرية للاتصالات، وتمثل مجتمع البحث من العاملين بالشركة المصرية للاتصالات بمحافظة بورسعيد، والبالغ عددهم (٥٠٩) مفردة، وعليه فقد تم الاعتماد على استمارة استبيان تم إعدادها لغرض جمع البيانات عن متغيرات البحث، والتي تتمثل في أبعاد رأس المال الفكري والتحول الرقمي، والتأكد من صحتها واستخدمت الباحثة معامل ألفا كرونباخ (Alpha) لحساب معامل الثبات، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي تحليلا لاستطلاع رأى لعينة من العاملين واختبارا لفروض البحث، وتم استخدم كلا من معامل الارتباط، وأسلوب تحليل الانحدار البسيط، وبرنامج (SPSSV.25) للتحقق من مدى صحة فروض البحث. وقد توصلت الباحثة إلى عدة نتائج تمثلت في وجود تأثير معنوي لرأس المال الفكري بأبعاده (رأس المال البشرى - رأس المال الهيكلي- رأس المال العلاقاتي) على تفعيل دور التحول الرقمي بأبعاده (البنية التحتية التكنولوجية- المهارات الرقمية- البراعة التنظيمية) في الشركة المصرية للاتصالات بمحافظة بورسعيد، علاوة على وجود تأثير معنوي بين رأس المال الفكري بأبعاده (رأس المال البشرى- رأس المال الهيكلي- رأس المال العلاقاتي) وبعد البنية التحتية التكنولوجية كأحد أبعاد التحول الرقمي، علاوة على وجود تأثير معنوي بين رأس المال الفكري بأبعاده (رأس المال البشرى- رأس المال الهيكلي- رأس المال العلاقاتي) وبعد المهارات الرقمية كأحد أبعاد التحول الرقمي، بالإضافة إلى وجود تأثير معنوي بين رأس المال الفكرى بأبعاده (رأس المال البشرى- رأس المال الهيكلي- رأس المال العلاقاتي) وبعد البراعة التنظيمية كأحد أبعاد التحول الرقمي، وأن هناك علاقة إيجابية طردية بين إجمالي أبعاد رأس المال الفكري (رأس المال البشرى- رأس المال الهيكلي- رأس المال العلاقاتي) على تفعيل دور التحول الرقمي بأبعاده (البنية التحتية التكنولوجية- المهارات الرقمية- البراعة التنظيمية) في الشركة المصرية للاتصالات بمحافظة بورسعيد.
|b The aim of this research is to study the impact of intellectual capital on activating the role of digital transformation, an applied study on the Egyptian Telecom Company. The research population consists of employees of the Egyptian Telecommunications Company in Port Said Governorate, numbering (509) individuals, and accordingly, a list was relied upon. A survey was prepared for the purpose of collecting data on the research variables, which are the dimensions of intellectual capital and digital transformation, and the researcher used Cronbach's alpha coefficient (Alpha) was used to calculate the reliability and validity coefficients, while the correlation coefficient, the simple regression analysis method, and the program were used. (25.SPSSV) to verify the validity of the research hypotheses. The researcher reached several results, represented by the presence of a significant impact of intellectual capital in its dimensions (human capital- structural capital- relational capital) on activating the role of digital transformation in its dimensions (technological infrastructure- digital skills- organizational prowess) in the Egyptian Telecom Company in the Governorate. Port Said, in addition to the presence of a significant effect between intellectual capital in its dimensions (human capital- structural capital- relational capital) and the dimension of technological infrastructure as one of the dimensions of digital transformation, in addition to the presence of a significant effect between intellectual capital in its dimensions (human capital- capital Structural money- relational capital) And the dimension of digital skills as one of the dimensions of digital transformation, in addition to the presence of a significant effect between intellectual capital in its dimensions (human capital- structural capital- relational capital) and the dimension of organizational ambidexterity as one of the dimensions of digital transformation, and that there is a direct positive relationship between the total dimensions of intellectual capital (Human capital- structural capital- relational capital) to activate the role of digital transformation in its dimensions (technological infrastructure- digital skills- organizational prowess) in the Egyptian Telecom Company in Port Said Governorate.
