|a تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مدى مساهمة ظروف العمل التنظيمية في التنبؤ بالأخطار النفسية الاجتماعية لدى أساتذة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية، ومن أجل البحث في فرضيات الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كما تم توزيع مقاييس الدراسة على عينة استطلاعية من أجل التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية، وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، تم اختيار عينة قوامها (80) أستاذ (ة) بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، بحيث أسفرت النتائج إلى أن ظروف العمل التنظيمية (تخطيط العمل، إدارة الوقت، إدارة المهام) تساهم في التنبؤ بالأخطار النفسية الاجتماعية لدى أساتذة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة تيزي وزو.
|b The aim of the current study is to investigate the contribution of organizational work conditions to predicting social and psychological risks among faculty members in the College of Humanities. To test the study hypotheses, an analytical descriptive approach was adopted. The study questionnaire was distributed to a survey sample to verify its psychometric properties. After confirming its validity and reliability, a sample of 80 male and female professors was randomly selected. The results indicate that organizational work conditions (work planning, time management, task management) contribute to predicting social and psychological risks among faculty members in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at Tizi Ouzou University
