|a هدف البحث إلى تقييم مفردات أحد برامج التعليم العالي من خلال مخرجاتها ومدى تلبيتها للاحتياجات الجديدة لسوق العمل، وذلك من خلال نموذج وضعته الهيئة العليا للجودة والاعتماد الأكاديمي السورية كمقياس عام 2022. توصل البحث إلى أن هناك فروق ذات دلالة بين المهارات العامة والقابلة للنقل التي يتمتع بها خريجي برنامج إدارة الأعمال وبين المهارات التي يحتاجها القطاع المدروس من وجهة نظر أرباب العمل. أما أهم مقترحات البحث فكانت ضرورة البدء بتنفيذ المرحلة الثانية من الخطة الوطنية لتطوير برامج ومناهج التعليم العالي والتي تتضمن إعادة النظر في المناهج الخاصة بالبرامج الدراسية المتوفرة حالياً، بما يتوافق مع المعايير الموضوعة ويخدم بشكل مباشر وفعال رسالة التعليم العالي.
|b The research aimed to evaluate the components of a higher education program through its outputs and the extent to which it meets the new needs of the labor market, through a model developed by the Syrian Higher Commission for Quality and Academic Accreditation as a benchmark for the year 2022. The research found that there are significant differences between the general and transferable skills possessed by graduates of the business administration program and the skills needed by the sector studied from the point of view of employers. The most important research proposals were the necessity of starting the implementation of the second phase of the national plan for developing higher education programs and curricula, which includes reconsidering the curricula of the currently available academic programs, in a way that is consistent with the established standards and serves the mission of higher education directly and effectively.
