المستخلص: استهدف البحث الحالي تقديم سيناريوهات مقترحة لتطوير الإدارة الجامعية في ضوء متطلبات التحول الرقمي من خلال التعرف على مفهوم السيناريو وتعريفاته المختلفة، وتعريف الإدارة الجامعية وبيان أهم أدوارها وبيان أثر التحول الرقمي في مواجهة الإدارة الجامعية، وبيان أنواع السيناريوهات والمفاضلة بينها لاقتراح سيناريو يقابل الإدارة الجامعية لمواجهة التحول الرقمي، ثم وضع سيناريو مقترح لتطوير أداء الإدارة الجامعية في ضوء التحول الرقمي، واستخدم البحث الحالي المنهج الوصفي ومنهج الدراسات المستقبلية من خلال الاعتماد على أسلوب السيناريو الذي يتفق مع الإجراءات المنهجية للبحث، وتوصل البحث إلى أن أفضل أنواع السيناريوهات بالنسبة للتحول الرقمي هو السيناريو الابتكاري، ووضع البحث آلية لتنفيذ السيناريو الابتكاري من خلال وضع عدة نقاط كمتطلبات لتنفيذ هذا السيناريو منها إصدار التشريعات القانونية اللازمة لتطوير أداء الجامعات وإداراتها بما يتناسب مع متطلبات التحول الرقمي، وتوفير التمويل اللازم، العمل علي توفير الهياكل التنظيمية التي تناسب عملية التطوير المرجوة، وذلك بتوفير القيادات اللازمة والمدربة بأحدث وسائل التدريب التي وصلت لها الإدارة العالمية لمواكبة متطلبات التحول الرقمي.

The current research presents proposed scenarios for the development of university administration in light of the digital transformation by identifying the concept of the scenario and its various definitions, defining the university administration and indicating its most important roles, and indicating the impact of the digital transformation on the university administration, and to describe the types of scenarios and differentiate between them to propose a scenario that meets the university administration to face the digital transformation, and then develop a proposed scenario to develop the performance of the university administration in light of the digital transformation, the current research used the method of future studies by relying on the scenario method, which is consistent with the methodological procedures of the research, and the research found that the best type of scenario for digital transformation is the innovative scenario, The research developed a mechanism to implement the innovative scenario by setting several points as requirements to implement this scenario, including issuing the necessary legal legislations that are binding to develop the performance of universities and their administrations in line with the digital transformation, providing the necessary funding, and working on providing the organizational structures that suit the desired development process by providing the necessary leaders trained with the latest training methods reached by the global administration to face the digital transformation.
