إن هدفا هذا البحث هو بناء معايير لإدارة الصف الفعالة من وجهة نظر تدريسي الكليات التربوية ومن ثم تبين ما إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على أهمية المعيار فيما بين تدريسي الكليات التربوية على وفق متغير موقع العمل. ولغرض تحقيق هدفي البحث صممت أداة بنيت معاييرها باعتماد أسلوب المزاوجة بين الأدبيات في مجال البحث وبين استجابات العينة الاستطلاعية ضمن مجتمع الدراسة . وقد اشتملت عينة البحث على (140) تدريسيا منهم (60) تدريسيا في كلية التربية في جامعة ميسان ، و(55) تدريسيا في كلية التربية الأساسية في جامعة ميسان،و (25) تدريسيا في كلية التربية الرياضية في جامعة ميسان ، أما أداة البحث فكانت الاستبانة وقد عرضت لإجراءات علمية معروفة لإيجاد صدقها وثباتها، ولغرض الوثوق من ثبات الأداة اعتمد الباحث طريقة تحليل التباين باستخدام معادلة كودور- ريتشاردسون حيث بلغ معامل الثبات (0,86)، وبعد أن عولجت البيانات إحصائيا و تحليل النتائج تم بناء (40) معيارا للإدارة الصفية الفعالة ، مع التأكيد على أهمية المعايير من قبل عينة الدراسة، وخرج البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات كان من أهمها التأكيد على موضوع إدارة الصف مع بعض المقترحات التي تتكامل مع موضوع البحث كان منها ضرورة إجراء دراسة مشتركة بين كليات التربية في الجامعات العراقية لغرض بناء معايير موحدة للإدارة الصفية الفعالة.
A goal of this research is to build standards for the management class effective from the viewpoint of teachers of education colleges and then show whether there are statistically significant differences on the importance of the standards among education Colleges teachers according to a changing work site.
