هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العوامل المؤثرة في التدريب على استخدام الحاسب الآلي في معاهد ومراكز التدريب الأهلية بمنطقة الرياض ومعوقات هذا التدريب، من خلال تعرف آراء مسؤولي تلك المنشآت التدريبية. وقد تم استقصاء مجتمع الدراسة المتمثل في جميع معاهد ومراكز التدريب الأهلية بمنطقة الرياض، التي تبلغ (353) معهداً ومركزاً، عن طريق استبانة تم تصميمها لهذه الدراسة. ومن خلال التحليل العاملي لبيانات الدراسة خلصت إلى أن أهم تلك العوامل تتعلق بمدى توافر الإمكانات المادية والبشرية لهذه المنشآت، جودة برامجها والاعتراف بها، تعاون الأجهزة في القطاعين العام والخاص، الإجراءات التي تتبعها المؤسسة العامة للتدريب التقني والمهني، وأخيراً دور أفراد المجتمع ورغبتهم في التدريب على استخدام الحاسب الآلي. أما عن أهم المعوقات المؤثرة في التدريب فتتلخص في معوقات ذات علاقة بالأفراد والجهات المستفيدة من التدريب، ومعوقات ذات علاقة بالجهة المشرفة على تلك المعاهد والمراكز، ومعوقات ذات علاقة بتلك المنشآت تتعلق بنوعية البرامج وجودتها وبيئة التدريب ومناهجه والقائمين عليه، وقد قامت الدراسة عدة توصيات، منها: أهمية توسيع نطاق الاستثمار في مجال التدريب الأهلي وتنظيمه بشكل أفضل، الحد من المنافسة بين مختلف معاهد ومراكز التدريب الأهلية، وقياس فاعلية أداء تلك المنشآت التدريبية بشكل مستمر.
The study aimed to determine the factors affecting the training on the use of computers in private institutes and training centers in Riyadh Region by identifying the views of officials of these training facilities on the significant factors and constraints affecting the training on the use of computers. The population of the study consisted of (353) institutes and centers, and A questionnaire was designed for this Purpose. By using data factor analysis, the study concluded that the significant factors affecting the training include; the availability of human and material resources for these facilities, the quality of programs and recognition of services, cooperation between the public and private sectors, the procedures followed by Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), and finally the role of members of the community and their interest to use computers. The main constraints affecting the training, include constraints related to personnel and the beneficiaries of the training, constraints related to TVTC, and constraints related to the facilities which include the quality of programs, quality of training environ¬ment, curriculum and the trainers. The study suggested several recommendations including the importance of expanding investment in private training and organizing it in a better way, reducing competition among the various private institutes and training centers, and measuring the effectiveness of the performance of those training facilities on an ongoing basis.
