تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع إدارة الجودة الشاملة في قطاع المؤسسات الصناعية بدولة الكويت من خلال تحليل ودراسة واختبار بيئة العمل الصناعي لاستنتاج مدى تطبيق شروط ومستلزمات الجودة الشاملة، والخطوات السليمة والناجحة لها، ومن ثم قياس أثر تطبيق منظومات الجودة على تحسين معايير الإنتاج السليم للارتقاء بمستوى المنتج، وبالتالي النتائج المحتملة من ذلك التطبيق على سد الفجوة بين تخفيض نسب التالف والمعيب ورداءة الإنتاج وبين تقليل المخاطر التي تواجهها إدارة تلك المؤسسات الصناعية في مقابلة التحديات العالمية وصولاً إلى خلق منتج أفضل لعملاء ينشدون المثالية، في حصولهم على جميع متطلباتهم بجودة أعلى وبتكلفة تنافسية باستخدام الوسائل الرياضية والإحصائية وعلاقات الارتباط بينها، في ظل متطلبات البيئة الصناعية الحديثة ورغبات العملاء المتزايدة. ومن أجل اختبار فروض الدراسة الإحصائية قام الباحث بإعداد قائمة استبيان تتكون من قسمين، القسم الأول يحتوي على أحد عشر محور كل محور يتكون من ثلاثة أسئلة، هذه المحاور الأحد عشر تخص المتغيرات المستقلة بالدراسة، أما القسم الثاني فيحتوي على محور واحد يخص المتغير المستقل. قام الباحث بإرسال 100 استمارة إلى مجموعة من الشركات اعتمد منها 79%. وبعد إجراء الدراسة التحليلية للفروض توصلت نتائج البحث إلى الكثير من الاستنتاجات الإيجابية. \
The main objective of the research is to identify the features of Total Quality Management (TQM) in the industrial sector in Kuwait through the study; analysis and testing of the industrial work environment to understand the level of the application conditions and requirements of TQM, and the useful steps leading towards success. The purpose of measuring the impact of the implementation of the quality systems is to improve the standard of production and to upgrade the quality of the products. The expected consequences of the application of TQM are to reduce the damaged, defective and poor production. It would help reducing the risk that the management of the enterprises may face to meet the challenges in the industrialized world in order to manufacture better products for customers who are always seeking the best quality. They can access to all the requirements of the highest quality and competitive cost using the tools of mathematics and statistical relationships between them, according to the requirements of the modern industrial environment and the increased demands of customers. In order to test the assumption of the statistical study the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of two parts. The first part contains eleven axis while each axis was consisting of three questions. The topic related to the eleven independent variables was studied and the second section contains one axis for the independent variable. The researcher sent 100 copies of the questionnaires to different companies; 79% of the companies approved them. The study of the analytical results of research findings offered a lot of positive conclusions. \
