شمل البحث على خمسة أبواب، إذ تضمن الباب الأول المقدمة وأهمية البحث وتم التطرق فيهما إلى فكرة عامة عن فعالية رمي القرص ومدى أهمية استخدام معادلة التنبؤ المقترحة في تحسين توقعات المدربين. واحتوى الباب الأول على هدفا واحدا هو اعداد معادلة تنبؤيه مقترحة لتحديد مستوًى الانًجاز لرماة القرص ، في حين كانت مشكلة البحث مركزة على إيجاد معادلة تنبؤيه لتحديد مستوى الانجاز لرماة القرص بطريقة مبسطة وسهلة ، أما الباب الثاني ضم بعض المراحل الفنية بفعالية رمي القرص ،في حين جاء في الباب الثالث منهج البحث ، إذ تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي ، والعينة تم اختيارها من أبطال العرب لفئة المتقدمين المتخصصين بفعالية رمي القرص ، وتم استخراج نتائج الرمي المتحرك من خلال نتائج بطولة العرب 2009 م ، ونتائج الرمي من الوضع الثابت للست الأوائل عن طريق اختبار أجراه الباحث ، وتطبيق معادلة التنبؤ المقترحة ومقارنة نتائجها مع نتائج معادلة الانحدار المقننة. أما الباب الرابع فتضمن عرض وتحليل ومناقشة نتائج البيانات التي تم التوصل إليها عن طريق المعادلتين، إذ أظهرت النتائج مصداقية عالية للمعادلة المقترحة مع المعادلة المقننة، بينما ظهرت عدت استنتاجات ضمن الباب الخامس ومنها المعادلة المقترحة أعطت نتائج دقيقة لتوقع مسافة الانجاز لرماة القرص، ومجموعة من التوصيات ومنها يوصي الباحث باستخدام المعادلة التنبؤية المقترحة لتحسين توقعات المدربين بالنسبة للاعبيهم. \

Part IV guarantees the display, analyze and discuss the results of the data that was reached through the equations, the results showed high credibility of the equation with the equation proposed inhalers, While the conclusions emerged promised under section V, including the proposed equation gave accurate results for the achievement of the expected distance term, and a set of recommendations, including the researcher recommends using a predictive equation proposed to improve the expectations of coaches for their athletes. \
