هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الذكاء العاطفي واتخاذ القرار لدى عينة من معلمي مدارس التعليم العام والتعليم الأهلي في منطقة حائل التعليمية. وذلك تبعاً لمتغيرات الدراسة وهي: متغير العمل (عام/ أهلي)، ومتغير المؤهل العلمي (بكالوريوس/ دراسات عليا)، ومتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة في العمل، ومتغير عدد الدورات التدريبية، ومتغير العمر، ومتغير التخصص (إنساني/ علمي). حيث شملت عينة البحث (508) معلمين من معلمي التعليم العام والأهلي في منطقة حائل التعليمية. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطيه موجبة بين الدرجة الكلية للأداء على مقياس الذكاء العاطفي وبين الدرجة الكلية للأداء على مقياس اتخاذ القرار لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة من معلمي القطاعين العام والأهلي في منطقة حائل التعليمية. كما وأظهرت النتائج أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية، بين متوسطات درجات الأداء على مقياس الذكاء العاطفي لدى معلمي التعليم العام والتعليم الأهلي بمنطقة حائل التعليمية\\ وفقاً لمتغيرات الدراسة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية، بين متوسطات درجات الأداء على مقياس اتخاذ القرار وفقاً لمتغيرات الدراسة.
The research aims to uncover the relationship between emotional intelligence and decision - making in the study sample. Depending on the variables of the study variable of work (public/private) and a variable qualified scientific and variable number of years of work experience and training courses and variable life. Research sample included (508) member of the public sector and the private sector, province of Hail.\\ Results showed that there is a positive correlation between the degree of overall emotional intelligence and the degree of overall decision - making among members of a sample survey of public sector employees and private - Hail Governorate at the level of significance (a=0.01). and Results showed that the dimensions of emotional intelligence together explain a high degree of variation in decision - making in the public sector employees and private province of Hail, where the level of significance (a=0.01). Results showed that there were significant differences at the (a=0.05), between the average levels of level of\\ Statistical significance emotional intelligence of the staff of the public sector and the private sector and the province of Hail, in accordance with the variables of the study.\\ Results showed that there were significant differences at the level of (a=0.05).
