هدفت الدراسة إلى فحص فاعلية دور مشرف التربية العملية في جامعة القدس المفتوحة من وجهة نظر الدارسين في مركز بيت ساحور الدراسي ، ولهذا الغرض صممت استبانة مكونة من ثلاثة محاور: الأول يتمحور حول علاقة مشرف التربية العملية مع الدارس المتدرب ،ويحوي ( 23) عبارة ،والثاني يتمحور حول علاقة مشرف التربية العملية مع مدير المدرسة ، ويحوي (13) عبارة ، والثالث يتمحور حول علاقة مشرف التربية العملية مع المعلم المتعاون ، ويحوي (18) عبارة ، ثم وزعت الاستبانة التي اعتمدت التدرج الخماسي ( موافق جداً، موافق ، محايد، معارض ، معارض جداً) على ( 56) دارساً ودارسة ، وتم التحليل الإحصائي للاستبانات المسترجعة ، وعددها (56) دارساً ودارسة. أهم النتائج: 1. وجدت فروق في المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة فاعلية دور مشرف التربية العملية في جامعة القدس المفتوحة من وجهة نظر الدارسين في مركز بيت ساحور الدراسي تعزي إلى متغير الجنس ولصالح الإناث . 2. وجدت فروق في المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة فاعلية دور مشرف التربية العملية في جامعة القدس المفتوحة من وجهة نظر الدارسين في مركز بيت ساحور الدراسي تعزي إلى متغير مكان السكن ولصالح المدينة. 3. وجدت فروق في المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة فاعلية دور مشرف التربية العملية في جامعة القدس المفتوحة من وجهة نظر الدارسين في مركز بيت ساحور الدراسي تعزي إلى متغير المعدل ولصالح المعدل جيد. وأقد أوصى الباحث بما هو أت : 1. توزيع مقررات التربية العملية على المشرفين حسب تخصصاتهم العلمي ، ويفضل إسنادها إلى من عمل في مجال التدريس. 2. تشجيع مشرفي التربية العملية لإجراء أبحاث علمية تتعلق بالتربية العملية. 3. إجراء دراسة حول الصعوبات التي يواجهها الدارس في التطبيق العملي في المدارس
The study, based on students’ evaluations and viewpoints, aims at testing the efficiency of the role of the Practical Education Supervisor at Al-Quds Open University on Beit Sahour Campus. Therefore, to achieve this sole purpose of the study. I conducted a threefold survey that draws on three major questionnaires. The first one consists of 23 questions which focus on the relation between the Supervisor and the students. The second one consists of 13 questions and it sheds light on the cooperation of the Supervisor with the school Superintendent. The third one contains 18 questions and it concentrates on the relation between the Supervisor and the Practical Education Teacher. I distributed this survey over to 56 male and female students on the basis of the following Five Phrase Questionnaire: 1- Strongly Agree 2- Agree- 3- Neutral 4- Disagree 5- Stronglydisagree. Henceforth. I thoroughly and accurately analyzed the completed survey forms which are 56 in total. Important Results: 1- There are differences on the basis of students' gender in the average percentage of the results that are pro the efficient role of the Practical Education Supervisor at Al- Quds Open University on Beit Sahour Campus, where females got the most positive responses. 2- There are also differences on the basis of students' place of residence in the average percentage of the various results that are in favor of the efficient role of the Practical Education Supervisor at Al-Quds Open University on Beit Sahour Campus, where respondents from the city got the highest positive reactions. 3- There are also differences on the basis of students' academic achievement in the percentage of the responses which favor the efficient role of the Practical Education Supervisor at Al-Quds Open University on Beit Sahour Campus, where respondents with a Grade Point Average of Good got the most positive answers. Recommendations: 1- It is advisable to assign teaching the Practical Education Courses to qualified teachers based on their areas of expertise with a preference to those who possess teaching experiences. 2- It is worthy to motivating the Teachers of the Practical Education to keep hands-on learning, to undertake scientific research in the sole field of Education. 3- We better conduct more studies about the obstacles that encounter Education Students in the practical application of Education-Theory at work
