المستخلص: تنبثق أهمية البحث الحالي من أهمية مادة العلوم وفي كيفية تهيئة الكوادر العلمية القادرة على مواكبة تغيرات العصر والتفاعل مع هذه التغيرات، وتعد طرائق التدريس من المستلزمات الضرورية لأعداد المدرس الكفء كي يتمكن من استخدام الأصلح منها لتعليم مواد العلوم وتحويل عملية التعلم من عملية سلبية وأكاديمية إلى عملية تعكس بشكل أفضل حاجات الشباب الساعية لاكتساب المهارة والمعرفة العلمية اللازمة تحديات العصر.

This study is important because of the important of the sciences and How to make staff of sciences who could defiance of the feature the methods of teaching is important to make good teacher who could use finest of methods to learning sciences material the mia of the study : the purpose of this study 1 evaluated competencies for teachers who teaching 2 what are the necessary competencies for teachers of sciences in institutes teachers Limits of research. The fulifil the main aim of the study thes steps are followed ; Prepaed alist of (60) competencies distributed on (5) fields program after excluding some items and reamangins it, The questionair got its final form with.50 competencies the statistical means used in this study are . pearson correlation coefficient. weighted means percentage recommendation and suggestion 1 .applys sciences teachers methods by teaching competency from misity of education 2. it can be used to evaluate student student, teachers in methods of sciences teaching programs in the colleges of education by teaching competencies .
