تعتبر هذه الدراسة لمشروع مستقبلي لتطبيق النظام القضائي المزدوج داخل مملكة البحرين، وحيث إن هذه المملكة عربية إسلامية مستقلة، وقد دخلها الإسلام منذ فجر الإسلام فكان لزاما أن نؤصل تاريخ القضاء الإداري الإسلامي وكيفية ترسيخ هذا القضاء في ضوء الكتاب والسنة، والدول العربية والأجنبية التي سارت على هذا النهج وحققت عدالة السماء والقانون، فتناولنا الموضوع في فصلين الأول كان معنونا بالنظام القضائي بين الشرع والقانون وتم من خلاله توضيح القضاء الإداري في النظام الإسلامي والنظام الانجلوسكسوني وتطبيقاته في مملكة البحرين والمملكة العربية السعودية وأخيرا في فرنسا ومصر والمملكة العربية والسعودية مرة أخرى بعد تعديل نظامها القضائي. وقد تناولنا في الفصل الثاني كيفية تفعيل هذا النظام القضائي من خلال إعادة الهيكلة وإدارة التغيير وذلك لتطوير النظام القضائي وتحسين الأداء القضائي.
This study is considered a future project to apply the double justice system within the Kingdom of Bahrain. Since the Kingdom is An Arab Islamic independent state and Islam has been entered since The down of Islam that's very necessary to understand the date of Islamic Administrative Justice and how to ensure this justice in the Light of The Holy Quran and the honored Sunnah. As well as the Arab and foreign which used this approach and achieved the justice of heaven and law. This study is divided to Two Chapters the ist chapter entitled by the administrative justice between the logistic and Low in which we cleared the administrative justice in the Islamic system, and it's application in the King dom of Bahrain, the Saudi Arabia, and Later the France system and it's application France and Egypt and Saudi Arabia again after their modification of it's justice system. The 2nd system, is about how to activate this justice system through reconstruct and change mant, that's to develop the justice system and improving the justice performance.
