تمثل الطفولة حجر الأساس في بناء المجتمعات الحديثة، باعتبار أن الطفل ثروة حقيقية للأمة، والاهتمام به واجب المجتمعات، ونتيجة لتعقد الحياة الاجتماعية وتحولات أنماط الإنتاج، تفاقمت قضايا الطفل، وبات الاهتمام به أمرا محتوما، وقد اهتمت بهذا الأمر الدول والمنظمات، وقد سبق الإسلام كل الأنظمة والمنظمات في الاهتمام بالطفل العامل وغيره، وحفلت نصوص الشرع وكتب الفقه بكثير من أحكام الصغار، وقد شغلت ظاهرة تشغيل الأطفال اهتمام أهل الفكر، وتناولها القانونيون فوضعوا حلولا لعمالة الأطفال، باعتبار أن تشغيلهم في هذه السن المبكرة، قضاء على طفولتهم وما يحرصون عليه في سني حياتهم الأولى، وكان من ثمار ذلك سعي الدول إلى إقرار حماية للأطفال المستخدمين، في صورة قوانين تحدد سن الاستعانة بهم، وساعات عملهم، ووقته، ومدى مناسبة العمل لأعمارهم وقدراتهم، ونحو ذلك من ضوابط، من شأنها حمايتهم، ولذا كان هذا البحث الذي يبرز هذه الجوانب، في ضوء القوانين والنظم الخليجية مقارنة بالشريعة الإسلامية.
Childhood represents the foundation stone in the construction of modern societies, as the child is a real wealth of the nation, and taking care of him is the duty of communities. The complexity of social life and shifts of production pattern resulted in aggravating child issues, and taking care of him became inevitable. States and organizations have been focused on this matter, but Islam has already passed each systems and organizations in focusing on the labor child and other. The books of sahri`a and jurisprudence are full of the provisions concerning the young. The child labor became an interest of the intellectual people, and addressed by the experts of law, so they put solutions to child labor, given that their employment in such a young age eliminates their childhood and what they are keen in the first years of their life. As a result, the states seek to adopt the protection for labor children, in the form of laws set to identify the age of seeking their help, and their working hours, and its time, and the suitability of work for their ages and abilities, and so of the controls which would protect them. Thus, it was this research that highlights these aspects, in the light of the laws and Gulf regulations compared to Islamic law \
