يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على طبيعة مدرسة المستقبل ومتطلباتها من القيادة المدرسية، والوقوف على واقع القيادة المدرسية في التشريعات والأنظمة والدراسات الميدانية، والوصول لرؤية استراتيجية مقترحة لقيادة مدرسة المستقبل بالمملكة العربية السعودية. وتم إجراء البحث على عينة من القيادات التربوية العليا في وزارة التربية والتعليم بالمملكة العربية السعودية، والمتخصصين في الجامعات في القيادة التربوية. ومن خلال الاستفادة من نتائج الدراسات السابقة، وفي ضوء الإطار النظري للبحث، وما أسفرت عنه الدراسات التحليلية لواقع القيادة المدرسية بالمملكة، وفي ضوء أراء الخبراء واستجاباتهم على ثلاث جولات لأسلوب "دلفاي"، وتأسيسا على المنطلقات النظرية والمحلية للبحث، أسفر البحث عن عدة نتائج من أهها: -تحديد جوانب القوة والضعف، ومعايير للحكم على أداء القيادات التربوية لقيادة مدرسة المستقبل. - التوصل إلى رؤية مقترحة لقيادة مدرسة المستقبل تتضمن التنظيم الإداري للتعليم بمدرسة المستقبل من حيث: إعداد وتأهيل الكوادر الوطنية، والخطة الاستراتيجية والوصف الوظيفي، وإنشاء إدارة متخصصة للتنمية المهنية. .إلخ. - الممارسات القيادية لقيادة مدرسة المستقبل من حيث توضيح الأدوار، وتوفير المناخ المفتوح، وتنمية مهارات العاملين، وتقديم الحوافز، وتوظيف التكنولوجيا المعلوماتية التي تساعد في تكوين قاعدة معرفية. - استخدام الوسائط المتعددة، وتفعيل التنمية المهنية للقيادات المدرسية التي تتضمن مجموعة من الأهداف والمجالات التي يجب توافرها في القائد التربوي بمدرسة المستقبل، واستخدام أساليب تدريبية متنوعة في تنفيذها لزيادة فعالية تلك البرامج. - اكتشاف بعض الصعوبات، والتوصل إلى وسائل التغلب عليها، ومقترحات الرؤية المستقبلية لقيادة مدرسة المستقبل؛ كالتخطيط الاستراتيجي الذي يحدد مسئوليات الجودة في مدرسة المستقبل، والبرامج التدريبية وتدعم فكرة حلقات الجودة، والتأكيد على المشاركة وإيجاد نظام للحوافز، وتوفير برامج إعدادية للمعلمين والطلاب، وتصميم مبادئ مدارس المستقبل.
The present study aims at identifying the nature of school of future and its requirements of school leadership. Also, it aims at casting some new light on the reality of school leadership in the light of regulations, rules and the field studies. In order to find out tentative and strategic vision of a leadership of school of future in K.S.A. The study was conducted on the sample of higher educational leaders in the Ministry of Education in K.S.A and specialists of educational leadership in Saudi universities. Fittingly, on the light of the theoretical framework of the research, as well as the usefulness of the previous studies; in addition to the findings out the analytical studies for the reality of school of school leadership in K.S.A. On the light of the experts’ viewpoints and their responses to tripartite rounds of Dolvy’s style. On the light of the empirical and theoretical bases of the study, the research came out of the following results: - Identifying the points of weakness and strengthens and the criteria of gauging the performance of educational leadership of for the school of future. - Attaining to a tentative vision for the leadership of school of future, including educational system for education in the school of future.; by preparing and qualifying the national cadres, besides strategic plan, job description and establishing specialized administration for vocational and professional development. - Shedding some light on the role of leaders of school of future by practicing leadership, saving open and available educational environment, besides enhancing the skills of employees. In addition to offering incentives and employing informational technologies which aims at helping forming cognitive and data bases. - Using multimedia, and reactivating vocational development for leaders of school which include of sets of objectives, besides other fields which must be available in the educational leader in the school of future. In addition to use accurate various training techniques in achieving such objectives to increase efficacy of the intended program. - Discovering some problems and coming to effectual means to tackle them. Offering some suggestions of the futuristic vision for leading school of future, for example strategic planning which identifies the quality responsibilities in the school of future.
