Indeed history books have within data in which expose some unjustness and disbelieve of certain prophet companions. This study unveils a companion character named (Abdullah Bin Saad Bin Abi Sarhan). Being contemporary to the prophet (peace be upon him and his progeny), he has written the revelation and whatever the prophet dictates to him from the Quran. But this companion has misled the way and said he could do revelation as the revelation of Allah, due this the prophet has ordered his blood to be shed. During liberating Mecca Othman has interceded to him, and the prophet has accepted that. This companion is a relative to the caliph Othman, so he has empowered and influenced. After participating in Muslim wars, he has been appointed as a Wali (a governor) to Egypt, and after asking the caliph Othman to depose Omr Bin Alas, the ex- Wali. His. curriculum was dispraised as the people of Egypt have disliked him. Because he has possessed unjustly Egypt fortune and built for himself grand houses and killed one of his conduct objector, the people of Egypt has complained his behaviour to the caliph, who has ordered to disposed him. The most important results of this study: it shows that Abdullah Saad has not believed properly as he converted into Islam by fear or greediness. Since his heart was full of doubt he disbelieved of the prophet revelation, having thought that he could write down as the same as the verses of the Quran. His relation akin to Othman was the great motive by which the prophet has pardoned him. During his reign Egypt did not have any progress. The fortune has not been supplied but his own benefit. It is of the reasons that pushed the people there to condemn him and recognized Mohammed Bin Abi Khalifa as a wali instead of him. Perhaps one of the most recognized achievements he has done was his capturing territories (futuhat), with which still related to his name, and whose motives of some were materialist like his occupying to Afrikia.
