The heavy competition among the countries of the world and their attempt to achieve modern methods in order to get the biggest share in the world tourism market, has led to heading for presenting the best services after recognizing the needs and desires of the guest and then working to fulfil! them . This work depends on some principles and standards which help the presenter of the service to offer pioneering work in the competition. This research emphasizes the importance of tourism services way to improve them and the role practiced to activate the reality of working process in the tourism organizations in the country in a way which cope with the future needs of the guest. The research includes three sections. The first deals with the several concepts that is related to tourism service. The second section is devoted to focusing on the types of service in tourism and monitoring the effect of their development on the tourism organization. The third section in however , accounts for studying the current situation of the services offered in a sample of first class and excellent hotels to decide the effects of these services in evaluating the performance of these organizations together with some conclusions and recommendation which the research work on emphasizing and applying . |
