المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة وتحليل ظاهرة الريادة والمشروعات الصغيرة ،وذلك من خلال الربط والجمع بين هذين المفهومين نظرا لأهميتهما الكبيرة في التنمية التي تسعى إليها مختلف المجتمعات، حيث أنهما يقومان بدور بارز في عملية التنمية الاقتصادية وتحقيق الأهداف الإنمائية الأساسية، وذلك من خلال دورهما المتزايد في توفير فرص عمل أكبر تسهم في الحد من تفاقم ظاهرة البطالة فقد تناولت هذه الدراسة مفهوم الريادة والرياديين وصفاتهم وخصائصهم والآثار الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للريادة والمشروعات الصغيرة. كما تطرقت الدراسة إلى العلاقة والارتباط ما بين مفهوم العولمة والمنظمات الريادية والريادة العالمية. وتناولت مفهوم المشاريع الصغيرة من حيث أهميتها وخصائصها ودور القطاعين العام والخاص في دعم المشاريع الصغيرة والعلاقة بين الريادة والمشاريع الصغيرة. أما في المبحث الأخير تناولت الدراسة الريادة في الأردن كحالة دراسية، حيث تطرقت الدراسة إلى أسباب ريادة الأعمال في الأردن وأنواع القطاعات الاقتصادية الريادية وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات والتي من أهمها أن الريادة والمشروعات الصغيرة هي ركن هام من أركان الاقتصاد في أية دولة سواء أكانت من الدول المتقدمة أم النامية، كما أن الأردن باعتباره من أحد الدول النامية بدأ يهتم وبشكل كبير بموضوع الريادة والمشاريع الصغيرة على الصعيدين الرسمي وغير الرسمي لا سيما بعد أن أثبتت قدرتها على توفير فرص العمل وتحسين الوضع الاقتصادي لعشرات الآلاف من المواطنين. كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة سن التشريعات الحكومية اللازمة لتسهيل وتشجيع التوسع في المشاريع الريادية والمشاريع الصغيرة التي تعد من أهم الركائز في عملية النمو الاقتصادي في الاقتصاديات المختلفة بشكل عام وفي الاقتصاد الأردني على وجه الخصوص، وتشجيع عقد المؤتمرات والندوات التي تجمع بين الباحثين والمهتمين في مجال الريادة والمشروعات الصغيرة، وذلك بهدف بلورة المفاهيم الضرورية في هذا الموضوع، على أن تكون مشاركة فعالة للرياديين وأصحاب المشروعات الصغيرة بتجاربهم الميدانية في هذا الموضوع .

This study aimed to examining and investigating the phenomenon of entrepreneurship and small projects by combining these two concepts because of their great importance in the development of all societies. They play a prominent role in the process of economic development and achievement of basic development aims through their growing roles of providing greater job opportunities that could control unemployment. This study dealt with the concept of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs, their qualities, characteristics, economic and social impacts of entrepreneurship and small projects. It also referred to the relationship and correspondence between the concept of globalization and entrepreneurship organizations and international entrepreneurship. The study examined the concept of small projects in regard to their importance, characteristics and the role of public and private sectors in supporting small projects and the relationship between entrepreneurship and small projects. In the last chapter, the study dealt with entrepreneurship in Jordan as a case study by referring to the entrepreneurship businesses in Jordan and their different economic kinds. This study presented some conclusions and recommendations, the most important of which is that entrepreneurship and small projects are the corner stone of the economy of any developed or underdeveloped country .Jordan, as one of the underdeveloped countries, started to take care of the issue of entrepreneurship and small projects on public and private levels, especially when they have made it possible to secure job opportunities and improve the economic status of thousands of citizens. The study also recommended the need for passing governmental necessary legislations in order to facilitate and encourage the expansion in entrepreneurship projects and small projects which are considered as the most important basics in the process of economic development in different economies in general and Jordanian economy in particular. Conferences and seminars attended by researchers and people interested in entrepreneurship and small projects should be held in order to put forward the necessary concepts in this regard, on condition that this participation of entrepreneurs and owners of small projects should be effective by offering their field experiences in this issue.
