سعى البحث إلى تحديد العلاقة بين أبعاد شراء المواد بالجودة المناسبة وأبعاد أداء العمليات في الشركة العامة للألبسة الجاهزة في الموصل. فاهتمام إدارة الشركة بأبعاد شراء المواد بالجودة المناسبة وأبعاد أداء العمليات يسهم في إمكانية تقديم منتجات ذات جودة مناسبة تلبي حاجات الزبائن ورغباتهم، وفي الوقت نفسه يتيح للشركة إمكانية الوقوف أمام المنتجات المنافسة بما يعزز القدرة التنافسية لها. ولمحدودية الدراسات التي تناولت العلاقة بين هذه الأبعاد وبخاصة في البيئة العراقية، فقد سعى الباحثان إلى تضمين بحثهم الحالي هذه الأبعاد ضمن إطار شمولي في محاولة لدراسة العلاقة بينهما. وبشكل عام يحاول البحث الإجابة على التساؤلات الآتية: 1- هل يمتلك المدراء في الشركة قيد البحث تصوراً واضحاً عن أبعاد الشراء بالجودة المناسبة وأبعاد أداء العمليات؟ 2- هل هناك تصور واضح لدى المدراء في الشركة قيد البحث عن العلاقة بين أبعاد الشراء بالجودة المناسبة وأبعاد أداء العمليات؟ وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات أهمها: • هناك علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين أبعاد شراء المواد بالجودة المناسبة وأبعاد أداء العمليات في الشركة قيد البحث. • هناك تأثير معنوي لأبعاد شراء المواد بالجودة المناسبة في أبعاد أداء العمليات في الشركة قيد البحث. واعتماداً على الاستنتاجات التي توصل إليها البحث، فقد قدمت عدد من التوصيات المنسجمة مع هذه الاستنتاجات. \
The research tries to restrict the relation between Suitable Quality Purchasing Dimensions and Operation Performance Dimensions in The General Company of Ready-Made Clothing at Mosul. The concern of the company's administration is about Suitable Quality Purchasing Dimensions and Operation Performance Dimensions contributes in building the capability of producing goods with suitable quality to meet customers' needs and desires. It gives the company the time in which it can compete other products and support its competence capability. Because of the shortage in the studies tackled the relation between these dimensions, especially in the Iraqi environment, the researchers tried to include these dimensions within the current research in a more comprehensive frame to study the relation between them. Generally, the research tries to answer the following questions , the research tries to answer the following questions: 1. Are heads of departments of the company under study well aware of the dimensions of suitable quality purchasing and operation performance dimensions? 2. Are the heads of departments of the company under study well aware of the relation between the dimensions of suitable quality purchasing and operation performance dimensions? The research reaches the following findings: 1. There is a significant relation between the dimensions of suitable quality purchasing and operation performance dimensions in the company under study. 2. There is a significant effect between the dimensions of suitable quality purchasing and operation performance dimensions in the company under study. Depending on the findings reached, several recommendations are in accordance with the above findings presented. \
