المستخلص: The methods of teaching and learning Ways , though of its huge numbers and various methods and its directions, but it aims to a good and rich study with human experience and when this is applied in a good way, this assures getting high degrees of education. Skillful learning is regarded as the best method . which makes the educational group get the skillful degree in learning before going to study a skill which is more difficult than the previous one. Studying the skill practically and also understanding Knowing its aim and providing similar chances is regarded as an advise for a person through his first experience . Us good and importance is in using the principle of skillful learning in obtaining and preserving in order to belittle the personal differences between students which may help leaning more altack skills in basketball, in the same way which also help developing the level of students. Problem:- Through stuctnts have similar characteristis but they differ in their preparing and body ability and their classic way in learning , this gives differeal percents in the students results. The reason behind such differences is not regording or giving the attention to the personal differences. So most of the methods and ways being applied in learning skills, do not pay attention to such differences. For this reason the two researchers begin using skillful learning method which gives skills, chance by depending on their body and skillful ability and understanding the ability to obtain some attack skills in basketball and to develop the level of students. Aims:- 1) using skillful learning method in preserving and Keeping some of attack skills in basketball. Assignment:- 1) there are differences of statistic sign of affecting the skillful learning in preserving and keeping some of attacks in basketball. Domains 1) human domain including students of 1st study (basic education college - Almustansirya University). 2) Time domain periouel between 5/11/2006-12/3/2007. 3) Place domain internal hall of basic education college- Almustansirya University.
