In this research, as well as the introduction and conclusion, we will address the following sections: First Section: The right to Vote: Concept, Legal Characterization and Conditions: First Topic: concept of election and its related concepts: There are a lot of concepts that overlap with the concept of election, so we think it appropriate to identify those concepts to remove this overlap. Second Topic: Legal Characterization of Election: Upon the outbreak of the French Revolution in 1789, a long debate emerged about the characterization of election, is it a job, a personal right or what? Third Topic: Legal Conditions for Election. Those conditions include, age, mental and moral and gender capacity, most importantly of all, that the voter is registered in the voters records. The sum of those persons who meet those conditions form the so-called (The Electorate). Second Section: the necessary measures to ensure that the electoral process undertaking the full electoral process requires a series of actions to be made, this is what we will address in the following topics: First Topic: the Pre-Trials: First - The determination of constituencies: Second - Preparation of electoral rolls: Second Topic: Ways to ensure the integrity of the elections: Most contemporary political systems ensure taking all actions and measures that will ensure the safety of the election, these procedures include: First - Secrecy of the vote Second - Equality among voters: Third - Prevention of pressure on the voters: Forth: Prevention of vote fraud and falsification of the election results. Third Section: Elections Systems or Methods: There are two essential systems (methods) adopted by the political regimes in the elections: the majority election system, and the proportional representation election system.
