المستخلص: Coins, in the language, is the plural of a coin and it means dinars and sealed dirhams. While in terminology means the metal money that have an archaeological or heritage character. So coins was made to have a discharged mean with the force of law, and to perform the known functions of money , such as swap and evaluation for the goods and services, and it differs from banknotes in manufacture and in value at times. And coins are the ancient money that were made by man,at least above the age of(200) years. While the minted heritage is under the age of (200) years, and has historical, national, ethnic, religious, or artistic value, announced by the Minister of Culture. \
