هدف البحث الى: - قيـاس درجـة تماسـك الجماعـة لـدى طلبـة السـنة الدراسـية المنتهيـة فـي كليـة التربيـة الرياضـية ، وكليات (الهندسة ، وطب الأسنان ، والتربية) في جامعة الموصل . - التعـرف الي الفـروق فـي درجـة تماسـك الجماعـة بـين طلبـة السـنة الدراسـية المنتهيـة فـي كليـة التربية الرياضية، وطلبة كليات (الهندسة ، وطب الأسنان ، والتربية) في جامعة الموصل . واسـتخدم الباحـث المـنهج الوصـفي بالاسـلوب السـببي المقـارن لملاءمتـه وطبيعـة البحـث ، واشتملت عينـة البحـث علـى طلبـة السـنة الدراسـية المنتهيـة للعـام الدراسـي (٢٠٠٧ - ٢٠٠٨) فـي كليـة التربيـة الرياضـية ، وكليـات (الهندسـة ، وطـب الاسـنان ، والتربيـة) ، بمجمـوع كلـي قـدره (٢٦٠) طالب وطالبة ، وتم استخدام مقياس تماسك الفريق الرياضـي ، والمعـد مـن قبـل (عـلاوي ، ١٩٩٨) كأداة لجمـع البيانـات ، واسـتخدمت الوسـائل الاحصـائية الآتيـة : (المتوسـط الحسـابي ، والانحراف المعياري ، ومعامل الارتباط البسيط لـ (بيرسون) ، واختبـار(ت) لعينـة واحـدة ، وتحليـل التباين ، وقيمة اقل فرق معنوي (L.S.D) ، والمتوسط الفرضي للمقياس ، والنسبة المئوية . واستنتج الباحث ما يأتي: - طلبة كلية التربية الرياضـية، وطلبـة كليـات (الهندسـة ، وطـب الاسـنان ، والتربيـة) فـي جامعـة الموصـل بصـورة عامـة يتمتعـون بدرجـة تماسـك جماعـة ايجـابي يعطـيهم الـدافع للعطـاء والعمـل معا من اجل النجاح في حياتهم الجامعية . - يوجـد اخـتلاف فـي درجـة تماسـك الجماعـة بـين طلبـة كليـة التربيـة الرياضـية، وطلبـة كليـات (الهندسة ، وطب الأسنان ، والتربية) في جامعة الموصل . - طلبـة كليـة التربيـة الرياضـية كـانوا افضـل مـن طلبـة كليتـي (الهندسـة ، والتربيـة) بدرجـة تماسـك الجماعة . - طلبة كلية التربية الرياضية كانوا متساوين مع طلبة كلية طب الاسنان بدرجة تماسك الجماعة . \
The research aims at being acquainted with • The degree of group cohesion between graduate students of physical education college and other colleges of engineering , dentistry, and education at the university of Mosul • The degree of difference of group cohesion level between graduate-collegiate students of physical education and other colleges of engineering, dentistry and education at the university of Mosul The descriptive method with causal comparative style was used since it is convenient to the nature of the research. The sample included 260 male and female graduate students of the academic year of (2007-2008) of physical education college and other colleges of engineering , dentistry and education at the university of Mosul. The scale of athletic team cohesion by Allawi was used as instrument to collect data. The mean, standard deviation, simple correlation coefficient, one sample “t” test, ANOVA, LSD, proposed mean of the scale and percentage were used to analyze the data statistically. The researcher concludes the following: Students of physical education and other colleges of engineering, dentistry and education at the university of Mosul have a positive group cohesion level giving them a motivation to try their best and to work together for success in college . There is a difference in group cohesion level between graduate students of physical education college and other colleges at the university of Mosul . Students of physical education college were better than students of colleges of engineering and education in the group cohesion level . Students of physical education college were equal with the students of college of dentistry in the group cohesion level . \
