المستخلص: The study aimed at answering the following questions: 1- What is the proficiency of teachers who are working in the institute of the hearing handicapped in general? 2- Are there statistically significant differences in the level of proficiency of teachers who are working in the institution of hearing handicapped in the light of scholastic achievement variable? 3- Are there statistically significant differences in the level of proficiency of teachers who are working in the institution of hearing handicapped in the light of length of services variable? The sample of this study is consisted whole population (100) teachers except (2) teachers. To fulfill the objective of the study the researchers have constructed the proper tool for achieving the aims of theirs study. This was done through the collection of previous literature and data relevant to the current study. The finding obtained by the researchers were as follows: 1- There are statically significant differences between the mean of samples and the mean of society on behave the sample. 2- There are no statistical differences among the individuals of sample in the light of scholastic variable. 3- There are no statistical differences among the individuals of sample in the light of service variable. The researchers have also concluded with a number of results and recommendations derived from the finding of the study. \
