520 |a  تطوير واقع مقرر التطبيقات التدريسية في أقسام كليات التربية جامعة بغداد \ ان المتتبع لواقع مقرر التطبيقات التدريس في أقسام كليات التربية لجامعة بغداد، يلاحظ وجود العديد من جوانب القصور، التي تتصل بمادته، و إدارته، وتصميمه، وتقويمه، فبحكم عمل الباحث كمدرس ومشرف تربوي، إضافة إلى اطلاع الباحث على العديد من الدراسات والأدبيات لحظ الباحث من ناحية مادته لا توجد مقررات دراسية واضحة نظريا وعمليا لمقرر التطبيقات التدريسية، وغالبا ما يضع المدرس التربوي المنهج الذي يفتقر الربط بين الجانب النظري والعملي إما بما يتعلق بإدارته فلا يوجد مكتب لإدارة وتنسيق في جامعة بغداد أو الكليات التابعة، لتشرف بشكل مباشر من خلال الأقسام الكليات على التطبيقات التدريسية داخل الكلية والتطبيق المدرسي خارج الكلية، فنظرا لتعدد الفئات المشاركة فلا توجد برامج واضحة للتعامل مع هذه الأطراف المشاركة، لتحديد المهام والأدوار المتوقعة. إما من ناحية التصميم تتمثل في غياب آليات محددة لتنفيذ مراحل التطبيقات التدريسية. أما التقويم افتقاده للمصداقية وعدم وجود جهاز فني لمتابعة الطلبة التطبيق المدرسي. وبناء على ما تقدم، هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى :. \ 1\ - الوقف على واقع مقرر التطبيقات التدريسية في أقسام كليات التربية جامعة بغداد \ 2\ - تحديد المهام والأدوار للأطراف المشاركة في التطبيقات التدريسية. في أقسام كليات التربية ومدارس التطبيق. \ 3\ - تقديم تصور مقترح لتطوير الواقع التدريبي للمقرر التطبيقات التدريسية في أقسام كليات التربية بجامعة بغداد \ وعرض الباحث ثلاث محاور أساسية يعتقد بان لها علاقة بتحقيق أهداف دراسته هي :. \ 1- واقع مقرر التطبيقات التدريسية في أقسام كليات التربية جامعة بغداد. \ 2-\ المهام والأدوار للأطراف المشاركة في التطبيقات التدريسية. في أقسام كليات التربية ومدارس التطبيق \ 3-\ تصور مقترح لتطوير الواقع التدريبي للتطبيقات التدريسية في أقسام كليات التربية بجامعة بغداد. \ من خلال عرض مشكلة الدراسة وأهميتها و المحاور الثلاث لتطوير واقع التطبيقات التدريسية، قدم الباحث التوصيات المقترحات واعتمد على العديد من المصادر والمراجع ذات الصلة بموضوع دارسته  |b  The followers of the reality of the decision application faculty in departments of faculties of education of the University of Baghdad, it is noted that there are many shortcomings, which relate to Path, management, design, and evaluation, Coming from the work of the researcher as a teacher and supervisor, as well as to inform the researcher on many of the studies and literature, luck researcher on the article there are no courses are clear in theory and in practice the decision of the applications teaching, and often puts the teacher education curriculum, which lacks the link between the theoretical and practical, either in relation to its management, there is no office for the management and coordination at the University of Baghdad or the colleges of, to oversee directly through the sections colleges applications and teaching within the college application school outside the college, given the multiplicity of groups involved, there are no clear programs to deal with the parties involved, to determine the tasks and roles expected.
