هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة المشكلات التي تواجه طلاب كلية معلمي الأحساء/ جامعة الملك فيصل من وجهة نظرهم، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (260) طالباً نصفهم من الأقسام العلمية، والنصف الآخر من أقسام الأدبية تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية طبقية. وقد صممت استبانه تكونت من أربعة محاور هي: محور مشكلات التوجيه والإرشاد، ومشكلات الدراسة والاختبارات، ومشكلات المبنى ومرافقه، والمشكلات الشخصية والأسرية . وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: 1- أن درجة موافقة أفراد العيّنة على عبارات محور "مشكلات التوجيه والإرشاد" في مجملها مرتفعة، حيث حصلت العبارة نقص خدمات التوجيه والإرشاد للطلبة المستجدين." على أعلى نسبة موافقة، والعبارة " قلة تواجد المرشد الأكاديمي في ساعاته المكتبية." على أقل موافقة. 2- كما أن درجة موافقة أفراد العيّنة على عبارات محور "مشكلات الدراسة والاختيارات في مجملها مرتفعة، حيث حصلت العبارة زيادة الساعات المعتمدة عن حاجة التخصص." على أعلى نسبة موافقة والعبارة " دراستي لتخصص لا أرغب فيه." على أقل موافقة . 3- وأن درجة موافقة أفراد العيّنة على عبارات محور "مشكلات المبنى ومرافقه في مجملها مرتفعة إلى حد كبير، حيث حصلت العبارة "الافتقار إلى مواقف سيارات مناسبة للطلاب." على أعلى نسبة موافقة، والعبارة "افتقار المكتبة للمراجع والدوريات الحديثة." على أقل موافقة. 4- كما أن درجة موافقة أفراد العيّنة على عبارات محور مشكلات شخصية وأسرية" في مجملها مرقعة إلى حد ما، حيث حصلت العبارة "توفر بيئة مدرسية غير ملائمة للمذاكرة." على أعلى نسبة موافقة، والعبارة " عدم الرغبة في الدراسة." على أقل موافقة. 5- وجود فروق ذات دالة إحصائيا بين متوسط الدرجات التي حصل عليها كل من طلاب التخصصات العلمية والأدبية في جميع محاور الدراسة لصالح طلاب التخصصات الأدبية. 6- عدم وجود فروق ذات دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير المستوى الدراسي. وفي ضوء النتائج خلصت الدراسة على توصيات مناسبة لمتخذي القرار في كلية المعلمين.
This Study aimed to know the problems faced by students of Ahsa Teachers' College King Faisal University from their point of view. The study sample consisted of (260) students, half of whom are from scientific sections, and the other half of the literary sections. The students were selected randomly. A questionnaire was developed and formed of problems axis direction and guidance, the problems of study and testing, the . problems of the building and its facilities, and the personal and family problems. The study revealed the following results: 1- The degree of sample approval for the words "the axis of the problems of direction and guidance" in the whole high, where 1 got the phrase "lack of guidance and counseling services for students new entrants." At the highest proportion of approval, and "the lack of presence of the guide in the academic office hours." Less approval. 2- The degree to the approval of the sample for the words "the axis of study and testing problems" as a whole is high, where 1 got the phrase "increasing the hours dependent on the need specialization." At the highest rate approval and the phrase "studies do not wish to allocate it." Less approval. 3- The degree of approval of the sample for the words "the axis of the problems of the building and its facilities" in the whole high to a large extent, where I got the phrase "lack of adequate parking for students." At the highest proportion of approval, and the phrase "lack of library reference and periodicals modem." Less approval 4- The degree to the approval of the sample at the centre of the words "personal and family problems" on the whole rather high, where I got the phrase "provide school environment unsuitable for studying." At the highest proportion of approval, and the phrase "no desire to study." Less approval. 5- The presence of a function differences statistically between the average scores obtained from the students scientific disciplines and moral in all axes study for the benefit of students of literary disciplines. 6- There is no difference statistically function due to a variable- level curriculum.
