عندما يتم تأييد فكرة أن المنظمات حقيقة قوية وموضوعية وإن لها حياة بيولوجية خاصة بها فمن المتحمل أن يركز المسعى العلمي على فهم وتحليل تلك الحياة ويكون ذلك من خلال تحديد المراحل التي تمر بها المنظمات عبر حياتها ومن ثم تشخيص العلاقات والانتظامات والاختلافات في كل مرحلة ولذلك ينصب الاهتمام على وصف خصائص المنظمة في كل مرحلة من O.L.C وعلى تحديد الأساليب الأكثر جدوى وفاعلية في التعامل معها. ولعل البعض يعجب للسبب الذي من أجله يختلف الأداء الاقتصادي للشركات فينجح بعضها نجاحاً باهراً ويفشل بعضها فشلاً ذريعاً بينما ينجح البعض الآخر نجاحاً متواضعاً. إن الجواب على ذلك هو الظاهرة الطبيعية (البقاء للأصلح) Survival of The Best التي تعني هنا أن لا تبقى وتستمر فى السوق إلا الشركات التي تخدم احتياجات المجتمع بفاعلية وكفاءة عاليتين بقدر يفي باحتياجات المجتمع بأسعار تكفي لتغطية تكاليفها وتحقيق الربح المتزايد لها. إن اعتماد هذا المنظور يوضح كم يمكن لهذه الظاهرة (اختفاء المنظمات) Vanish Organization أن تستنزف من الموارد القيمة لتصبح فيما بعد خسارة اقتصادية محققة؟ لهذا (فبقاء المنظمات Survival) يعد من المشاكل الحيوية الموروثة ذات الصلة الوثيقة بنشوء المنظمات والتي ما فتئت – وستبقى – قائمة لترسو على حل حاسم بعد أن ذهب بها الرؤى مذاهب شتى. فكانت – والحالة هذه – رغبة في التوجه إلى فكر المنظرين في نظرية المنظمة للوقوف على معالجتهم للمسألة هذه لاستخلاص آرائهم حولها تحدونا ثقة في وجدان الحقيقة المجردة وهذا هو دافع إجراء الدراسة، ودافع ثان أن تنهض همم من رجحوا كفة العلم على الجهل لسبر أغوار المنظمات، فتلك دعوة تستحق بذل الجهد وإنفاق الوقت معهما ثقل الجهد وطال الوقت.
When the notion that organization are a powerful and objective reality, and they have their own biological life, is advocated, it is probable for the scientific endeavor to which organization go across their life, and then diagnosing the relationships, orders, and differences at each stage. There for, attention is paid to the description of the characteristics of the organization at each stage of O.L.C. and to the determination of the most feasible and effective techniques in dealing with them. Some people may be astonished due to the reason for which the economics performance of companies may differ. So, Some companies. Succeed, others succeed in a great from, while still others fail bitterly, and also some make moderate success. The answer to this fact is the natural phenomenon (survival for the best), which means that the survival is only for the companies effectively and efficiently serving the needs of the society, such that they meet the needs of the society with prices covering their costs and gaining growing profits. The adoption of this perspective explains how much this phenomenon (i. e, organization demise) may exhaust the valuable resources to be later on a real economic loss? The survival of organizations, therefore, is considered as one of the inherited significant problems closely related to the emergence of organization which once established, they rested on a critical solution after being oriented differently by certain visions. Accordingly, there has been a wish for orienting to the thinking of theorists in organization theory, in order to highlight their dealings with this issue for extracting their opinions about them, and that is the driving motive behind conducting this study. The other motive, of course, is to encourage the powers of those who ranked high the knowledge over ignorance for the sake of organization, and that certainly deserves exerting every effort to achieve this true invitation.
