الإعلام التربوي ضرورة تربوية لا يمكن الاستغناء عنها، ولا يجوز تجاهلها في سلم تخطيط الأولويات، كما أنه مظهر من مظاهر تفاعل الإعلام مع التربية إيجابياً مما يصوغ العقلية التي ننشدها للمستقبل وتظهر أهميته من خلال طبيعة العلاقة بين التربية والإعلام وتنطلق أهميته من حاجة كل من المعلم والإعلامي إلى وسيلة لتوصيل رسالتهما للمتلقي، كما أنه يعطي القدرة على التواصل بين أفراد المجتمع التربوي ويكسبهم الثقة في أفكارهم النيرة وتطور أعمالهم. ويمثل الطلاب الانعكاس الفعلي للإعلام التربوي في الجامعة الافتراضية السورية، فالجامعة تبني مصداقيتها وفق إنجازات طلابها وتقويمهم. وتهدف إلى توفير التعليم العالي، وفقاً للمعايير العالمية، إلى الطلاب العرب وفي جميع أنحاء العالم، من مكان إقامتهم، ضمن بيئة تعليم متكاملة عبر الانترنت تستند إلى أحدث التطورات التقنية والتعليمية. من هنا فإن البحث الحالي يهدف إلى تسليط الضوء على تجربة الجامعة الافتراضية السورية من خلال دراسة أثر الإعلام التربوي على نظام التعليم الافتراضي في الجامعة الافتراضية السورية من وجهة نظر الطلبة وفقاً للمحاور التالية: مجالات الاتصال والتواصل، خدمة الجامعة الافتراضية للمجتمع، المحتوى العلمي الافتراضي، مجالات العمل الأكاديمية، ورصد جوانب القوة وجوانب الضعف في نظام التعليم الجامعي الافتراضي وتقديم المقترحات التي تعزز نقاط القوة وتتغلب على نقاط الضعف.
EA is an educational necessity which can't be leave it or ignore at the planning of importance's, it's also a kind of the positive effect of the Announcement with the Education. This makes the mentality that we hope to in the future. Its importance appears through the type of relation ship between the two sides. Its importance begins from the need of each an noun cement professor to have away in order to give messages to the students and learners. Also it gives the ability of the member of the educational society to communication with each others and to be sure of their brightening ideas and to develop their works. These students represent the actual Educational Announcement in the SVU so the university built its believes according to students achievements; it also aims to increase the high learning (HL) according to the national measurements for Arab students and allover the world . The students can use the virtual Learning (VL) From their homes or in complete learning environment by The Net This way of learning depends on the latest technology. Finally, this research aims to light on the SVU . Experience through studying the effects of the Educational Announcement on the Virtual Learning in the SVU from the students point of view by many sides ( communication and connection, The service of Virtual University to the community, Virtual scientific containing, and the Academic jobs). It insists on the powerful and weak sides in the Virtual University Learning .It gives suggestion which streng then the positive points and over come the negative ones.
