|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة تطبيق القيادة التحويلية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية من وجهة نظر المعلمين. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (2500) معلم ومعلمة في محافظة عمان، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية طبقية تكونت من (260) معلما و معلمة، تم تطوير أداة لقياس تطبيق القيادة التحويلية تكونت من (30) فقرة تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. \ وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تطبيق القيادة التحويلية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة متوسطة لجميع المجالات (التمكين، والقدرة التأثيرية، الحفز الذهني). \ وأظهرت النتائج أيضًا وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية، تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور، كما بينت عدم وجود فروق تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. \ وكان من ابرز توصيات الدراسة عقد دورات تدريبية للمديرين تتعلق بالقيادة التحويلية.
|b The study aimed to investigate the extent of applying transformational leadership for public secondary school principles at Amman governorate from teacher's perspective. The population of the study consisted of (2500) male and female school principles in Amman governorate, the sample of the study consisted of (260) male and females principles were selected randomly. Moreover, a self-completed questionnaire of (30) items was developed for the purpose of this study to measure the implementation of transformational application leadership after assuring its validity and reliability. However, the result of the study indicated that the extent of implementing transformational leadership was moderate in all domains finally, the result of the study indicated that there were statistically significant differences at due to gender variable in favor of males and there were no statistical significant due experiences variables males experiences. The study recommended number of recommendations of which conducting training courses for principles in the field of transformational leadership and creativity .
