هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس التعليم العام في منطقة القصيم لنمطي القيادة التحويلية والتعاملية، والتعرف على مستوى الروح المعنوية لدى المعلمين، والعلاقة بين نمطي القيادة لدى مديري المدارس ومستوى الروح المعنوية. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (3157) معلماً من مختلف المراحل التعليمية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مديري المدارس يمارسون نمط القيادة التحويلية بدرجة كبيرة بمتوسط حسابي قدره (3.75) من (5)، وأن مديري المدارس يمارسون نمط القيادة التعاملية بدرجة كبيرة بمتوسط حسابي قدره (3.4)، وأن مستوى الروح المعنوية عالية بمتوسط حسابي قدره (3.83). وأكدت الدراسة على وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى (0.01) بين ممارسة نمط القيادة التحويلية والتعاملية لدى مديري المدارس والروح المعنوية، إلا أن هذه العلاقة أكثر قوة مع نمط القيادة التحويلية. وأكدت الدراسة على وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى (0.01) بين المرحلة الدراسية، وكذلك المؤهل العلمي، والخبرة، والدورات التدريبية، ونمط القيادة التحويلية والتعاملية. وكذلك وجود علاقة ارتباطية عكسية دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى (0.01) بين متغير المؤهل العلمي ومستوى الروح المعنوية. كما أكدت الدراسة أن نمطي القيادة التحويلية والتعاملية لدى مديري المدارس دالة في التنبؤ بالروح المعنوية، وأكدت كذلك على وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية دالة عند مستوى (0.05) بين مستوى الروح المعنوية ومتغير المرحلة التعليمية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى الروح المعنوية ومتغير المؤهل العلمي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية دالة عند مستوى (0.05) بين مستوى الروح المعنوية ومتغير الخبرة. ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية دالة عند مستوى (0.05) بين مستوى الروح المعنوية ومتغير الدورات التدريبية.
The study aimed to identify the degree of public Schools principals’ practice of both transactional and transformational leadership in Qassim region, and to identify the level of morale among teachers in Qassim region, .and the relationship between the two types of leadership for school principals and the level of teachers’ morale The study found that school principals engaged significantly with the transformational leadership style with averageof3.75 out of5, and school principals engaged significantly with transaction a leadership style with average .of 3.4 out of 5, and that the level of teachers’ morale with a high average of 3.83 out of 5 The study confirmed the existence of a positive correlation statistically significant at the level of (0.01) between the exercise pattern of transactional and transformational leadership of school principals and the teachers’ morale. However, this relationship is stronger with the transformational leadership style. Also, the study confirmed the existence of a negative correlation statistically significant at the level of (0.01) between the grade, as well as .qualifications, experience, training courses, and the pattern of transactional and transformational leadership The study confirmed the existence of an opposite correlation statistically significant at the level of (0.01) .between the qualifications and morale In addition, the study confirmed that transactional and transformational leaderships of school principals help statically to predict the level of teachers’ morale. The study confirmed the existence of significant differences statistically significant at the level of (0.05) between the level of morale and a variable level of the grade, and the existence of differences between the level of morale and variable qualification, and the presence of significant .differences statistically significant at the level of (0.05) between the level of morale and variable experience Finally the study indicated the existence of significant differences statistically significant at the level of (0.05) between the level of morale and variable of training courses. \
