المستخلص: It has become attention to women's issues and empowerment, economically, politically and socially, a high priority in the mind of the Saudi leadership believing the importance of the role to be played by women in the service of her country and push forward the development of his career. Despite the Saudi society is witnessing increased interest in women's issues, and higher levels of education, but the reality of participation of Saudi women in the labor market and little notes widespread unemployment among women in Saudi Arabia. The study aims to identify the obstacles to women's empowerment Saudi Arabia, which are: the constraints of self and constraints of community, and constraints of institutional and regulatory impede the empowerment of Saudi women in the labor market in order to visualize a proposal to address the obstacles that limit the empowerment of Saudi women in the labor market. - As for the type of study and descriptive analysis, and a tool for the study were selected resolution and applied to a random sample of female and unemployed applicants for the program (incentive) Human Resources Development Fund and the Kingdom of the total sample size (600) Researched. The study found that there are a number of obstacles that hinder the empowerment of Saudi women in the labor market , which can be addressed through recommendations that could contribute to help planners and decision-makers to the empowerment of women in the labor market
