المستخلص: هدف البحث الكشف عن أثر استخدام الفيديو التفاعلي في الاكتساب والاحتفاظ بفن أداء رفعة الخطف برفع الأثقال، ‏واستخدم الباحثان المنهج التجريبي لملاءمته وطبيعة البحث، وتكون مجتمع البحث من طلاب السنة الدراسية للصف التاسع (الثالث متوسط) من مرحلة التعليم الأساس في مدرسة هزار موكرياني في محافظة دهوك للعام الدراسي (٢٠١١- ٢٠١2)، والبالغ عددهم (112) طالباً موزعين على (4) شعب، أما عينة البحث ففد تكونت من طلاب شعبتين تم اختيارهم عشوائياً والبالغ عددهم (57) طالباً بواقع (10) طلاب لكل شعبة وبهذا بلغت عينة البحث (20) طالباً تم اختيارهم عشوائيا مقسمين إلى مجموعتين، الأولى تجريبية وتتلقى تدريسها باستخدام الفيديو التفاعلي والثانية (الضابطة) تتلقى تدريسها بالطريقة التقليدية (العرض والشرح)، وقد مثلت عينة البحث (15%) من مجتمع البحث الكلي، واستغرق تنفيذ البرنامج (٥) أسابيع بمعدل وحدتين تعليميتين لكل مجموعة، زمن الوحدة التعليمية (٤٠) دقيقة، وتم الاعتماد على اختبارات مقننة لتحقيق أهداف ‏البحث، وبعد إجراء الاختبارات ومعالجتها إحصائياً، توصل الباحثان إلى الاستنتاجات الآتية: - اثبت فاعلية البرنامج التعليمي المعد بتقنية الفيديو التفاعلي للمجموعة التجريبية في اكتساب فن أداء رفعة الخطف. - اثبت فاعلية البرنامج التعليمي المعد بتقنية الفيديو التفاعلي للمجموعة التجريبية في الاحتفاظ بفن أداء رفعة الخطف. - إن استخدام الأسلوب التقليدي كان له تأثير إيجابي في الاكتساب والاحتفاظ بفن أداء رفعة الخطف لأفراد المجموعة الضابط. وأوصى الباحثان: - إدخال مادة الأثقال ضمن المناهج المدرسية لمادة التربية الرياضية للمراحل التعليم الأساسي. - ضرورة استخدام الفيديو التفاعلي في العملية التعليمية خلال تعليم رفعة الخطف من الرفعات الاولمبية. - إجراء دراسات وبحوث مماثلة ولمراحل دراسية أخرى ومواد أخرى.

The aim of the study is expounding the effect of using interactive video in acquiring & retention the technique of performance snatch lift in weightlifting. The researchers adopted the experimental style that is appropriate for the study. The research society consisted of students of preparatory stage, the ninth class from Hazhar Mokriani school in Duhok city for the term(2011- 2012) , which are (112) students divided into (4) groups. But the research sample consisted of the students of two groups randomly chosen which were (57) students,(10) students from each group thus the research sample became(20) students were intentionally chosen, divided into two groups. The first one is experimental that teaches through interactive video and the second one (the control) teaches through the classic system (showing & explaining) and the sample of research represented (15%) of the entire research sociwty, the program lasted (5) week for two teaching units for eveiy group, the time of teaching unit is(40) minutes, depending on serious tests for achieving the aims of the research, after performing the tests and processing them statistically, the both researchers concluded the following: -The study proved the effectiveness of the educational program which is prepared by interactive video technique for the group in acquiring the skill of the performance of the art of snatch lift. - The study proved that the educational program which is prepared by interactive video technique was the best in feteution of the skill ofperformance of snatch-lift. - using the classical style had its positive side in acquiring and the reteution of the performance for the members of control group. The researchers recommended that: - inserting the weightlifting subject within the curriculm for the physical education subject of the basic educational stages. - the necessity of using the interactive video in the process of teaching through teaching snatch- lift in Olympic lifting games. - Doing similar researches and studies for the other stages and subjet as well. \
