|a استطاعت المرأة إبراز تميزها في بعض القطاعات، مما جعلها تقدم على خوض تجربة العمل في المشاريع الصغيرة والأعمال \ المقاولاتية الخاصة التي لطالما تم ربطها بقضايا النوع الاجتماعي لا بالقدرة على الأداء، وفي ظل مجموعة من الظروف المحيطة بالمرأة \ سعت أغلب الدول ومن بينها الجزائر إلى اعتماد استراتيجيات تنموية مستحدثة نذكر منها التمكين الاقتصادي لأنه من أكثر المفاهيم \ اعترافا اعترافا بالمرأة كعنصر فاعل في النسيج الاقتصادي ويجعل من التنمية أكثر مشاركة بين النساء والرجال عن طريق دعم المقاولة. \ وهو ما نسلط عليه الضوء في هذا المقال أين نتساءل من خلاله عن سبب اعتبار نشاط المرأة في قطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة \ الخاصة كأداة لتمكينها اقتصاديا في الجزائر؟؟ ؛ وبغية الوصول إلى إجابة لتساؤلنا اعتمدنا على نتائج دراسة ميدانية شملت مجموعة من \ صاحبات المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة بولاية ورقلة.
