هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقصي درجة تقدير استخدام العنف المدرسي في المدارس الثانوية في محافظة الزرقاء الثانوية من وجهة نظر الطلبة، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (456) طالباً وطالبة من صفوف الأول والثاني الثانوي بفرعيه الأدبي والعلمي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إعداد استبانة وتحكيمها واستخراج دلالات الصدق والثبات لها بالطرق العلمية المعهودة. وكشفت الدراسة عن: أن مجال العنف الموجه من المعلم نحو الطالب احتل المرتبة الأولى بين مجالات الدراسة، يليه مجال العنف الموجه من الإدارة المدرسية نحو الطلبة، ثم مجال العنف الموجه من الطالب تجاه الطالب، ثم العنف الموجه من الطالب للمعلم، وأخيرا مجال العنف الموجه نحو البيئة المدرسية، وكذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعاً لمتغير الجنس على جميع المجالات لصالح الذكور. – عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعاً لمتغير الصف على جميع المجالات باستثناء مجال العنف الموجه من الطالب نحو الطالب لصالح طلبة الأول الثانوي، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعاً لمتغير الفرع الأكاديمي على جميع المجالات باستثناء مجالي العنف الموجه من الإدارة المدرسية نحو الطلبة لصالح طلبة الفرع العلمي، ومجال العنف الموجه من الطالب نحو البيئة المدرسية لصالح طلبة الفرع الأدبي.
The aim of this study is to investigate the degree of using school violence in Zarqa Secondary Schools from the students’ point of view. Study sample consisted of (456) students from the first and second grades. A questionnaire was designed; its validity and reliability were proven. The results of study showed that: -violence by the teacher towards the student has occupied the first position among the domains, by administration violence towards students. Next, comes violence produced by a student towards another one, and violence produced by the student towards the teacher. Lastly, the violence towards school environment comes at the end. There were no statistically significant differences of using school violence in Secondary Schools due to the variables of gender in favour of males at all of the domains. - There were no statistically significant differences of using school violence in Secondary Schools due to the variables of Class at all of the domains expect the domain that violence produced by a student towards another one in favour of Secondary First Class. - There were no statistically significant differences of using school violence in Secondary Schools due to the variables of Academic branch at all of the domains except two domains that follow is the one produced by administra¬tion towards students in favour of Students of the scientific section.
