إن التقدم العلمي والتقني الذي يسيطر على جميع مناحي الحياة والذي واكب نظور التربية، وحدد طرق وأساليب التدريس أدى إلى دخول الآلة مجال التعليم؛ حيث أصبحت ضرورة بعد أن كانت نوعا من الكمالية والترف. سبب اختبار الموضوع: هنالك ندرة في البحوث التي تتناول التقنيات التعليمية، وكيفية توظيفها في خدمة التعليم. ومن ثم تحاول الدراسة الإجابة عن السؤالين الآتيين: 1-ما واقع توظيف استخدام التقنيات الحديثة في التعليم (أجهزة عرض الأفلام التعليمية بأنواعها-جهاز العرض -التلفزيون — التصوير -الحاسوب والذي نحن بصدده الآن)؟ ٢-وما هي المشكلات التي تواجه استخدام تلك التقفية ومعالجتها. (عدم تدريب الكوادر التربوية والمعلمين على استخدامات التقنيات – نقص الكوادر المدربة لصيانة الحاسبات -عدم التعاون بين مؤسسات المجتمع المختلفة والمؤسسة التربوية لتوفير تدريب المعلمين أثناء الخدمة -عدم القدرة على استخدام التقنية في التدريس -عدم وجود الرابط بين المنهج وتقنية المعلومات وذلك لحداثة الأخيرة. الهدف من الدراسة: تهدف الدراسة إلى تحقيق مجموعة الاهداف تتلخص فيما يلي: تحديد المشكلات التي تقف عقبة أمام استخدام الحاسوب في التعليم العالي. وضع الحلول المناسبة لاستخدام الحاسوب في التعليم العالي. أهمية البحث تكمن في التمشي مع النظرة التربوية الحديثة التي تعتبر المتعلم محور العملية التعليمية وبالتالي يجب تحسين نوعية التعليم، وتنمية الاتجاهات الجديدة لدى الطلبة وتعديل سلوكهم. هذا وقد خرجت الدراسة بعدة توصيات تكاد تكون بمثابة حلول منها: عقد دورات تدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس العالي لتوضيح كيفية استخدام الحاسب الآلي في التعليم الجامعي. تطوير المنهج لكي يقترن مع التطور التقني المستخدم في التعليم. ضرورة تحديث أجهزة الحاسب سواء في المدارس أو الجامعات بين، الحين والآخر مع ضرورة أن يكون هناك خبير للتوجيه والإرشاد أو لاصلاح أي عطب فني. التوجه نحو استخدام الحاسب التعليمي لإنتاج وسائل تعليمية متقدمة، أيضا الوسائط المتعددة لتحسين نوعية التعلم والتعليم.
The scientific advance, which influences and controls of all aspects of life, which coped with the development of education and determined the methods and the techniques of teaching, led to the introduction of the machine, in the field of education. This had become a necessity - rather than being a luxury. The reasons for the choice of the topic: There is a scarcity of the research which handles the modem technologies, and the method of their utilization, in the service of education. The Research Questions: What is the reality of the utilization of modem technologies in education (the education film projectors of all types - the show operatives - the Television- photography- The computer (which is our concern now ? What are the problems which face the use of that technology and how to process them ( the non - training of the educational cadres and teachers, on the use of the computer - the deficiency of the trained cadres in the maintenance of the computers - the non- cooperation among the various institutions in a society and the educational establishment, for the providing and training teachers in the in - services courses - the inability to use technology, in education - the non- existence of a link between the teaching methods and the information Technology (IT), because the latter is fairly new. Objective of the study : the objective of the study is to a accomplish a group of aims , as follows: The determination of the obstacles, which face the use of the computer in Higher Education. Setting the suitable solutions, for the computer in High Education. The signification of the research. The significance of the research is that it copes with the modem educational view. This view considers the learner as the axis of the educational process. Thus , the quality of educations must be improved, the development of new directions among students and the amendment of their behavior. Hence, the research, reached some recommendations, which maybe considered, as solutions. Of these, are the following? 1- Holding training session for the members of the teaching staff, in the Higher Education institutions. 2- The development of the syllabus, to cope with the technologies developments used in education. 3- There is a need for the up - doting of the computer apparatuses, in schools and universities ,from time to another, and there, is a need for an expert, for directing and counseling, and the use of the educational computer , for the production of advanced educational aid, and multi -purpose mediums, to improve the types of learning and education.
