هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم أداء جودة خريج التعليم العالي وفق مفهوم إدارة الجودة الشاملة، ووضع المقترحات لتطوير أدائهم. وتبيان أثر كل من الجنس، وعدد سنوات الخدمة في الوظيفة، والعمر، والدرجة العلمية، والجامعة التي تخرج منها الطالب (جامعة دمشق، الجامعة الافتراضية السورية). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وطبقت استبانة معايير جودة خريج التعليم العالي على أفراد العينة التي بلغ عددها (150) خريجا. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة امتلاك خريجي التعليم العالي في جامعة دمشق والجامعة الافتراضية السورية للكفايات التي تمكنهم من أدا ء عملهم الوظيفي وفق مفهوم الجودة الشاملة هي بدرجة متوسطة. وأوصت الباحثة بما يلي: التأهيل الكافي للطلبة للخروج إلى أسواق العمل، وتعزيز وترسيخ علاقات الطلبة مع هذه المؤسسات وهذه الأسواق قبل التخرج. والتركيز على تحسين أدا ء العاملين ومتابعة أدائهم بشكل مستمر وتدريبهم على كيفية العمل كفريق. كما أكدت على مشاركة العاملين في الدورات التدريبية المستمرة في مجال المعلوماتية واللغة الإنكليزية. وتطوير المناهج لتصبح أكثر ارتباطا لحاجات الطلاب واحتياجات المجتمع وسوق العمل. بالإضافة إلى عقد المؤتمرات والندوات التي تتعلق بالجودة الشاملة وتشجيع العاملين للمشاركة فيها. ونشر الوعي في المجتمع حول دور تقانات المعلومات والاتصالات وأهميتها.
This Study aimed to evaluate the performance of the quality of the graduate of higher education according to the concept of total quality management, and to develop proposals for the development of their performance. In addition to identify the impact of gender, years of service in the job, age, grade, and the name of the university of graduation (Damascus University, the Syrian Virtual University). To achieve the aims of the study the researcher adopted the analytical descritive method, and she applied a questionnaire of quality standards of the graduate of higher education on a sample of (150) graduates. The study revealed that the competency possession degree of highre education in Damascus university and the Syrian Virtual university which enables them to pe - form their jobs according to the concept of TQM is a medium degree. And researcher recommended the following: enough qualifying for students to manage working in the markets and enhaning their relations with the market and institution before graduation. Then focusing on improving the performance of workers and supervising it continually, besides students should train on team work. She also assured that students should engage in continuous courses in the field of informatic and the English language. In addition, she focused on developing the syllabus to be cols to the needs of students, society and market, Moreover, she insisted on holding conferences which are related to the comprehensive quality and encourage workers to participate in them, finally, she focused on the distribute of awareness in the society about the importance and the role of information technology and communication. \
