هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الممارسات الإدارية في جامعة القدس المفتوحة كما يراها أعضاء هيئة التدريس فيها، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس المتفرغين في الجامعة للعام (2011/ 2012) والبالغ عددهم (416) عضو، واختيرت عينة عشوائية ممثلة لمجتمع الدراسة تكونت من (100) عضوا. وقام الباحث باعتماد الاستبانة أداة لدراسته، وتكونت من (35) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها بالطرق التربوية والإحصائية المناسبة. واستخدم الباحث برنامج الرزم الإحصائية (SPSS) للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة وفحص فرضياتها. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الممارسات الإدارية في جامعة القدس المفتوحة كما يراها أعضاء هيئة التدريس كانت بدرجة متوسطة، وبمتوسط حسابي مقداره (2.63) وفق مقياس ليكرت الخماسي، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a ≤ 0.05) بين تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لمستوى الممارسات الإدارية، تعزى لمتغيري الجامعة التي تخرج منها عضو هيئة التدريس، وممارسته للعمل الإداري في الجامعة، ولم تظهر النتائج فروقا تعزى لمتغيري الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحث بمجموعة من التوصيات.
The aim of this study was to determine the level of administrative practices in the Al Quds open University, as estimated by faculty members, study population consisted of all members of the faculty full-time at the University of the Year (2011/ 2012), who are (416) members, while the random sample was selected represented the study population consisted of (100) members. The researcher and the adoption of resolution tool to study, consisting of (35) items distributed on three areas, was to make sure sincerity and persistence of educational and statistical methods appropriate. The researcher used statistical software packages (SPSS) to answer the questions of the study and examination of hypotheses. The results showed that the level of administrative practices in the A1 Quds Open University is also appreciated by members of the faculty was medium, of (2.63), according to a measure of the Lickret scale, results also showed the presence of statistically significant differences at the significance level (a ≥ 0.05) between members of the study sample estimates of the level of management practices due to the variables of the university from which he graduated the faculty member, and the exercise of administrative work at the university, while the results did not show differences due to the variables of sex, academic qualification. In light of the results of the study the researcher recommended a set of recommendations.
