هدف البحث إلى تنمية بعض الكفايات الإلكترونية وهي كفاية استخدام برنامج Google Earth. وكفاية تصميم الاختبارات الإلكترونية باستخدام برنامج Quiz Creator. وكفاية استخدام الأطلس الإلكتروني لدى طلاب الفرقة الثالثة شعبة الدراسات الاجتماعية بكلية التربية. وذلك من خلال برنامج تدريبي قائم على التعلم الذاتي. واعتمد البحث على المنهج التجريبي. وتكونت عينه البحث من مجموعة من طلاب الفرقة الثالثة شعبة الدراسات الاجتماعية بكلية التربية جامعة سوهاج. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في بطاقة ملاحظة كفايات استخدام برنامج Google Maps و Google Earth . وبطاقة ملاحظة كفايات تصميم الاختبارات الالكترونية من خلال برنامج Quiz Creator. وبطاقة ملاحظة كفايات استخدام الأطالس الإلكترونية Electronic Atlases. وتوصلت النتائج إلى فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية كفايات استخدام جوجل إيرث لديهم. وأثبتت مدى فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية كفايات استخدام الاطالس الإلكترونية لديهم. وأكدت على فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية كفايات تصميم الاختبارات الإلكترونية لديهم. وأوصى البحث بضرورة إعادة النظر في مناهج وأساليب إعداد معلم الدراسات الاجتماعية في كليات التربية في ضوء المستحدثات التربوية والتقنيات التكنولوجية. وأشارت الى ضرورة إعداد برامج تدريبية لمعلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية. لتدريبهم على الكفايات الإلكترونية في الدراسات الاجتماعية التي تضمنتها القائمة في البحث الحالي. ومساعدتهم على إتقانها ومن ثم استخدامها في التدريس. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The objective of the research is to develop some e-competencies, which are adequacy to use Google Earth, the adequacy of electronic test design using Quiz Creator and the adequacy of the use of electronic atlas by students of the third division of the Department of Social Studies at Faculty of Education through a self-learning training program. The research relied on the experimental approach. The research consisted of a group of students of the third division of social studies department, Faculty of Education, Sohag University. The research tools were a note card of the competencies of using Google Maps and Google Earth, a note card for the competencies of designing electronic tests through Quiz Creator and a note card for the use of electronic atlases. The results also revealed the effectiveness of the training program in developing the competencies used by Google Earth by students and proved the effectiveness of the training program in developing the competencies of the use of electronic atlases. It stressed the effectiveness of the training program in developing the competencies of designing electronic tests. The research recommended the need to review the curricula and methods of preparing the teacher of social studies in the faculties of education in the light of educational innovations and technological techniques. It pointed out the need to prepare training programs for teachers of social studies to train them on e-competencies in the social studies included in the list of the current research.
