هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى إمكانية تطبيق التدريب عن بعد على معلمات المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر المدربات والمتدربات بمنطقة الرياض من خلال التعرف على (مفهومه، أهميته، مدى استعداد المدربات والمتدربات لتطبيقه، الأسباب وراء حاجة المعلمات لتدريب المستمر، تحديد المهارات اللازم توفرها في المدربات والمتدربات، تحديد مواصفات البنية التحتية، معرفة الصعوبات المتوقعة لتطبيقه، تقديم خطة مقترحة لتطبيق التدريب عن بعد). واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي وتكونت العينة من (50) معلمة و(16) مدربة وتم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات اللازمة للإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة. وكان من أبرز نتائج الدراسة: يوجد استعداد لدى المتدربات والمدربات لتطبيق التدريب عن بعد بدرجة كبيرة. توفر الوعي لدى المتدربات والمدربات بمفهوم التدريب عن بعد وأهمية تطبيقه بدرجة كبيرة جدا. حاجة المتدربات لدورات التدريب عن بعد في مجال تخصصهن بدرجة كبيرة جدا. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات مجتمع الدراسة من المتدربات لمتغير المؤهل – الخبرة – عدد الحصص – والتخصص – مدى استخدام الإنترنت في مجالات مختلفة. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات مجتمع الدراسة من المتدربات حول مدى الاستعداد لتطبيق التدريب عن بعد وتعزى لمتغير استخدام الحاسب الآلي لصالح الفئة التي تستخدمه بشكل كبير ومتوسط. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات مجتمع الدراسة من المدربات لمتغير المؤهل – مدى استخدام الحاسب الآلي والإنترنت في مجالات مختلفة. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات مجتمع الدراسة من المدربات حول أهمية التدريب عن بعد وتعزى لمتغير الخبرة التدريبية لصالح فئة (11 – 15 سنة) و (أكثر من 16 سنة). تم وضع خطة مقترحة لتطبيق التدريب عن بعد في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية.
This stuay aimed to determine the possible applying distance training for secondary school teacher, from the perspective of trainers and trainees at City of Riyadh by identifying the (awareness of concept and importance, and the readiness of trainers and trainees to apply this approach, the reasons behind the need for parameters for continuous training, identify the needed skills for the trained and trainees, the specification of the infrastructure, identify the obstacles to be expected to apply, submit a proposed implement plan to distance training program). The study followed a descriptive approach and a sample of (50) teachers and (16) trained and use the questionnaire as a tool to collect necessary data to answer the study questions. The following are the most important results: 1) Trainees and trainers are ready to implement distance training with a high degree. '1) i ne awareness oi concept ano importance of distance training by trainees and trainers are very high degree. 3) The need of trainees to distance training in the area of specialization are very high. 4) There are no significant differences between the responses of the study population of trainees to the variable of qualification -experience - the number of shares - specialization - and the use of the Internet in different areas. 5) There are signmcant airrerences Detween the responses of the study population of trainees on how to prepare the application of distance learning due to the variable use of computers for the benefit of the class that you are using in a large degree and medium. 6) There are no significant differences inside the community of study responses from the variable qualified trainers - how to use computers and the Internet in different areas. 7) There are significant differences inside the responses of trained community study about the importance of training and this due to the experience of training for the benefit of the category (11-15 years) and (more than 16 years). 8) Prepared a propose plan for the application of distance training in public secondary schools.
