هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى ممارسة إدارة المعرفة في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية من وجهة نظر الإداريين العاملين في الإدارة الوسطى والعليا، وعلاقة مستوى الممارسة بمتغيري المستوى الإداري وسنوات الخبرة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إعداد استبانة مكونة من (80) فقرة وزعت على تسعة مجالات: تشخيص المعرفة، تحديد أهداف المعرفة، توليد المعرفة، تخزين المعرفة، توزيع المعرفة، تطبيق المعرفة تنظيم المعرفة، استرجاع المعرفة، إدامة المعرفة. وبعد التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها، تم تطبيقها على عينة الدراسة البالغة (198) إدارياً في الإدارة الوسطى والعليا، إذ تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية، ثم تم تحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها من خلال الدراسة. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى ممارسة إدارة المعرفة في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية من وجهة نظر الإداريين العاملين في الإدارة الوسطى والعليا كان ذا درجة مستوى (متوسطة) في جميع مجالاتها وفي معظم فقراتها، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لدرجة الكلية (2.81)، كما أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 = α) في الدرجة الكلية لممارسة إدارة المعرفة لمتغيري مستوى الإدارة وسنوات الخبرة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات أهمها: إجراء المزيد من الدراسات في هذا المجال مستقبلاً، وإيلاء الاهتمام أكثر بتطبيق المعرفة من خلال الإطلاع على أفضل الممارسات العالمية في تطبيق المعرفة، وإيجاد بيئة مشجعة ومحفزة على الإبداع في الجامعة من خلال التشارك في المعرفة الضمنية والمعلنة.
The study aims at identifying the practice level of knowledge administration in Al-Balqa Applied University from the perspective of the administrators who work in the higher and middle administration and the relation of practice level with the following variables: administrative level and years of experience. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (80) items was used and distributed into nine fields: diagnostic knowledge, determining goals of knowledge, creating knowledge, storing knowledge, distributing knowledge, applying knowledge, organizing knowledge, retrieving knowledge, and sustaining knowledge. After the validity and reliability of the tools were asserted, they were applied to the sample of the study which consisted of (198) administrators in the higher and middle administration who were selected according to the random stratified sample. Then, the collected data was analyzed. The findings of the study show that the practice level of knowledge administration at Al-Balqa Applied University from the perspective of the administrators who work in the higher and middle administration was moderate in all the fields of the study where the mean of the total score was (2.81). The study also reveal that there were no significant differences at the level )a=0.05) in the total score of practicing knowledge administration attributed to the variables; level of administration and years of experience. The study recommended the following: conducting more studies in this field, paying more attention to applying knowledge by keeping an eye on the best international practices in the field of applying the knowledge, and creating an environment which motivates creativity in the university through the cooperation between the implicit and explicit knowledge.
