تعد التجربة ركيزة أساسية من ركائز الممارسة الطبية لدى الطبيب القيرواني ابن الجزار لذلك رمنا تحليل بعض العناصر التي قامت عليها تجاربه الطبية فتوقفنا في البداية عند المصادر الملهمة له وانتهينا في هذا السياق إلى أن مصادره ثلاثة هي الطب اليوناني والطب القيرواني وتجربته الشخصية. وأوضحنا إثر هذا مراحل التجربة عند ابن الجزار. وحاولنا بعد ذلك استخلاص أهم خصائص التجربة عنده ومنها التنوع والتكرار والأصالة. وختمنا هذا البحث بالإشارة إلى أن ابن الجزار نأى بنفسه عن المنهج الفلسفي النظري الخالص الذي كان يغلب على الأطباء اليونانيين مركزاً على التجارب والتطبيقات. واستطاع بذلك أن يتجاوز مرحلة الاقتباس والأخذ عن أسلافه من الأطباء العجم والعرب وأن يضيف إضافة حقيقية إلى علمي الطب والصيدلة. Experience is one of the foundations of medical practice of the physician Ibn al-Jazzar of Kairouan. That’s why, we wanted to analyze some elements on which his medical experiments were based. We were interested in the early origins of his inspiration. They are three: Greek medicine, Kairouanese medicine and personal experience. We, then, clarified the steps of the experiment of Ibn al- Jazzar. Then, we tried to deduce the most important features of his experience such as diversification, repetition and originality. We wrapped up this research by noting that Ibn al-Jazzar deviated from the purely theoretical philosophical method which was commonly used by Greek physicians. L ’expérience est une des bases fondamentales de la pratique médicale du médecin kairouanai îbn al-jazzar. C’est pourquoi on a voulu analyser quelques éléments sur lesquels ses expériences médicales se sont basées. On s'est arrêté au début sur les origines de ses inspirations. Ils sont trois: la médecine grecque, kairouanaise et son expérience personnelle. On a clarifié ensuite les étapes de l'expérience chez Ibn al- Jazzar. On a essayé ensuite de déduire les caractéristiques les plus importantes de son expérience tel que la diversification, la répétition et l’originalité. On a clôturé cette recherche par souligner qu’Ibn al-Jazzar s’est éloigné de la méthode philosophique purement théorique qui était dominante sur les médecins grecs. |
