|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى إبراز أثر تكنولوجيا الانترنت في تطوير أداء الجامعة الجزائرية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم المنهج الوصفي بصفته المنهج العلمي الذي يتلاءم مع طبيعة الدراسة. \ وقد صممت استبانة "تكنولوجيا الانترنت، وتطوير الأداء" وطورت بحيث اشتملت على محورين رئيسيين، الأول منهما يشمل المعلومات العامة والثاني يشمل فقرات الاستبانة الموزعة على ثلاثة أبعاد هي: مستوى الاستقلالية، القدرة على الأداء، الالتزام التنظيمي. ثم توزيعها على عينة تكونت من (٨٠) فردا من الأساتذة الإداريين في الكليات السبعة لجامعة لخضر/باتنة. \ ولقد أظهر تحليل البيانات العديد من النقاط، أهمها أن: بعد الالتزام والاندماج التنظيمي حصل على الاهتمام الأول في ترتيب أبعاد مؤشرات تطوير الأداء التي تعكس أهمية تكنولوجيا الانترنت وأثرها من وجهة نظر الأساتذة الإداريين. كذلك أكدت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد العينة في ترتيب أبعاد مؤشرات تطوير الأداء تعزى لنوع استخدامات الانترنت في بعد الالتزام والاندماج التنظيمي لصالح والخدمات الاتصالية ثم "الخدمات الاتصالية والمعرفية معا". وبصورة عامة يكن القول بأن تركيز الإدارة على الالتزام والاندماج التنظيمي في الأداء الجامعي يساهم في تطوير الأداء النوعي. \ وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: إعادة التصميم التنظيمي من خلال حوسبة جميع عمليات ومراحل العمل الأكاديمي والإداري لغرض تحسين جودة حياة العمل في الجامعة الجزائرية.
|b The present study aimed to highlight the impact of online technol¬ogy in the development of the performance of the Algerian university, and to achieve this goal, a descriptive approach is used as the scientific method which is found to be the most suitable for the nature of this study. The “Internet technology and the improvement of performance” has been designed and developed as it includes two main axes, the first of which con¬sists of public information and the second is composed of paragraphs of the resolution divided into three dimensions: the level of independence, the abil¬ity of performance, the organizational commitment. They were then distrib¬uted as a sample consisted of (80) members of the teachers-administrators in the seven faculties of the University of Hajj Lakhdar/Batna, Algeria. The analysis of the data showed several points, of which the most impor¬tant: the organizational commitment led the scale of interest and impor¬tance in the classification of the extension- indicators of the improvement of performance; the latter resulted as the opposite to the significance and impact given to the Internet technology according to the teachers- admin¬istrators. Also, the results of the study confirmed the presence of statisti¬cally significant differences among the members of the sample in clas¬sifying the extension-indicators of the growth-performance, due to the type of Internet used, after the organizational commitment and its integra¬tion for the “communication services” and then the “communicative and cognitive services together.” In general it can be said that the administra¬tion’s focus on organizational commitment and integration in the academ¬ic performance contributes to the development of qualitative performance. The following recommendations have resulted from this study: Redesign¬ing the organization through the computerization of all processes and stages of the academic and administrative work for the purpose of improving their quality the quality of life in the Algerian universities.
