|a جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسلط الضوء على أبرز معالم نصيحة العلماء فيما بينهم عند سلفنا الصالح، وذلك بتوضيح مشروعية نصيحة العلماء، وبيان أبرز آداب نصيحة العلماء، واستقصاء أبرز محددات العلاقة بين الناصح والمنصوح. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن: النصيحة دعامة من دعامات الإسلام لا يستغني عنها أحد وتجب على كل أحد. وأن لنصيحة العلماء فيما بينهم آداب، منها: احترام رأيه وإن كان مخالفا لاجتهادك، الرفق بالمنصوح، السر وعدم قصد التحقير، التثبت. وأن بين الناصح والمنصوح علاقة إسلامية تحددها الأسس التالية: خلاف الرأي لا يستوجب المنافرة، حسن الظن وسلامة الصدر، الإنصاف، النصيحة بين كبار أهل العلم لا تجوِّز لمبتدئي طلب العلم الخوض في أحدهما.
|b This study sheds light on the salient aspects of advice among scientists from the perspective of our ancestors. This is achieved by clarifying the authority of the advice of scientists, showing its most prominent statement of etiquette, and deducing the main determinants of the relationship between the adviser and the advised one. The study concluded the following results:- advice is one of the pillars of Islam to that no one can abandon or be exempted from. And the advice of among scientists involves a set of statements of etiquette, including: respect of opinion even when contrary to one’s own judgement, kindness to the advised one, being discrete and avoiding intentional degradation, verification. Thus, there is an Islamic relationship between the adviser and the advised that is determined by the following basis: disagreement does not require resentment, good-well and tenderness, equity, advice between senior scholars does not allow junior scholars to get in the way.
