المستخلص: This research aims at introducing the effect of international changes on labor market in Gulf cooperation council states. It discusses briefly the present situation of labor market and influence of international changes on manpower, emphasizing the following variables: Fluctuations of petroleum market which effected the monetary ability of these states, and led to reduction of projects. The resrarch also tackles privatization and economic reformations which reduced public sector a bility of employment, especially, national manpower, in contrast to private sector whose ability of employment has raised . Additionally, the effect of globalization on abor market which demands specific skills and qualifications to cope with international changes . The research also studies the possibility of including the coming manpower under the challenges that the council states face. Finally the research ends with conclusions and recommendations.
