هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى اقتراح تصور لتنظيم الإرشاد الأكاديمي بجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن في ضوء التوجهات العالمية من حيث الآتي: تشخيص واقع تنظيم الإرشاد الأكاديمي بجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، والتوصل إلى الحلول المستقبلية المقترحة لسبل تطوير تنظيم الإرشاد الأكاديمي بجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن، وذلك من خلال الإجابة عن سؤال الدراسة وهو: ما آليات تنظيم الإرشاد الأكاديمي بجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن وسبل تطويره في ضوء التوجهات العالمية؟ وينبثق عن هذه المشكلة الرئيسة عدد من الأسئلة الفرعية هي: ما واقع الإرشاد الأكاديمي بجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس؟ وما التحديات التي تواجه عضو هيئة التدريس في اثناء أداء المهام المتعلقة بالإرشاد الأكاديمي؟ وما التوجهات العالمية لتنظيم الإرشاد الأكاديمي بالكليات المختلفة؟ وما سبل تطوير الإرشاد الأكاديمي بجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس؟ وما التصور المقترح لتنظيم الإرشاد الأكاديمي بجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن في ضوء التوجهات العالمية؟ \\ للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة قامت الباحثتان بتصميم استفتاء وتوزيعه على عينة عشوائية من أعضاء هيئة التدريس وبطاقة مقابلة شخصية لرئيسات الأقسام الأكاديمية، وباستقراء النتائج المتوصل إليها يتضح أن عضو هيئة التدريس يضطلع بمهامه من حيث الثقة والدعم وحفز الطالبات، وكذلك من حيث ممارستهم الإرشاد الأكاديمي. وهذا يعني ممارسة أعضاء جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن للإرشاد الفردي. وأن مستوى التحديات التي تواجه الإرشاد الأكاديمي كان منخفضاً من وجهة نظر رئيسات الأقسام، إذ راوحت النسبة المئوية لنفي وجود التحديات المذكورة في الاستفتاء بين (5,62%) و(8,93%)، كما أن المقترحات التي حظيت بأعلى نسبة تأييد (100%) من رئيسات الأقسام هي: دعمت استخدام التكنولوجيا بعملية الإرشاد الأكاديمي، وأما المقترحات التي اتفقت عليها رئيسات الأقسام هي في الوقع جزء رئيس من مهمتهن في رعاية المعايير الأكاديمية في الجامعة وخاصة ما يتعلق بالطالبة، والبرنامج، والمقررات، ونواتج التعلم، وكل هذه الأمور لا تتحقق إلا من خلال المتابعة الجادة للطلبة. وتوصلت الباحثتان إلى تصميم تصور مقترح لتنظيم الإرشاد الأكاديمي بجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن في ضوء التوجهات العالمية. \\
The organization of academic advising at the University of Princess Nora Bint Abdul Rahman and ways of development in light of global trends (proposal) \\ The aim of this study is to propose a vision for the organization of Academic Advising at the University of Princess Nourabint Abd ulrahman in the light of global trends, in terms of the following: \\ A certain diagnosis of organizing academic advising at the University of Princess Nora Bint Abdul Rahman from the point of view of faculty members. \\ Reach resolutions for future proposals to develop the organization of academic advising at the University, through the study. This will help in answering the question, which is: what mechanisms regulate Academic Advising at the University of Princess Nora Bint Abdul Rahman and what are the ways of development in light of global trends? \\ This major question enables the emergence of a number of sub-questions, which are: \\ •\\\ What is the reality of Academic Advising at the University of Princess Nora Bint Abd ul Rahman from the point of view of faculty members? \\ •\\\ What are the challenges facing a faculty member during the performance of tasks related to academic guidance? \\ •\\\ What are the global trends to organize academic advising in various colleges? \\ •\\\ What are the ways to develop academic advising at the University of Princess Nora Bint Abdul Rahman From the point of view of the faculty? \\ •\\\ What is the perception proposed in order to organize academic counseling at the University of Princess Nora Bint Abdul Rahman in the light of global trends? \\ In able to answer these study questions the researchers designed and distributed a random sample of it to the faculty members, and conducted a personal interview with the heads of academic departments. Reasoning the results obtained, it is clear that the faculty members concentrate on trust, support, and motivation of he students, as well as in terms of academic guidance. This means that the members of the University of Princess Nora Bint Abdul Rahman should implement individual counseling. Moreover, the level of challenges facing academic guidance was low from the viewpoint of the heads of departments. This was proved by the varying percentage of (26.5%) and (93.8%), that deny the existence of the challenges. Furthermore, the proposal that have received the highest level of support (100%) from the heads of departments is the use of technology in Academic Advising. As for the proposals that were agreed upon by the heads of departments are in fact an essential part of their mission in the maintenance of the academic standards at the University; especially regarding the students, the program, decisions, and learning outcomes. All these subjects can only be achieved through a serious follow-up of the students. The researchers settled on designing a comprehensive proposal to organize academic advising at the University of Princess Nora Bint Abdul Rahman in the light of global trends. \\ \\
