مقدمة ومشكلة الدراسة: تعد اللغة أساس الحياة الاجتماعية وهى ضرورة من أهم ضروراتها، لأنها عماد التواصل البشري ووسيلة الإنسان للتعبير عن حاجاته ورغباته وأحاسيسه ومشاعره، وإذا كان للغة هذه الأهمية في حياة الإنسان عامة، فإن نموها لدى طفل ما قبل المدرسة يمكنه من إدارة حياته على أفضل وجه ممكن، فهي تساعده في تكوين عالمه بكافة أبعاده وجوانبه، وتمكنه من التعرف على الأشياء من حوله، وتتأثر لغة الطفل في هذه المرحلة بما يعرض على مسامعه من شاشات الفضائيات، وما يسمعه في البيت والشارع والروضة وجماعات الأقران، ليبدأ الخطر في ظل انشغال الوالدين معظم الوقت ومن ثم يتعين وجود دور لمعلمة رياض الأطفال في تنمية اللغة المنطوقة لطفل الروضة. أهداف الدراسة: - التعرف على واقع دور معلمة رياض الأطفال في إثراء اللغة المنطوقة للطفل. - العمل على وضع توصيات للدور الأمثل للمعلمة في إثراء اللغة المنطوقة للطفل. أهمية الدراسة: - اللغة هي المفتاح الحيوي للطفل في مرحلة الروضة لتكوين عالمه وإشباع حاجاته وتشكيل اتجاهاته. - استيعاب الطفل للغته القومية أساس تجسيد هويته، وإثراء انتمائه. منهج الدراسة وأدواتها: تعد الدراسة الحالية من الدراسات الوصفية التي تستهدف دراسة موقف معين يغلب عليه طابع التحديد مع دراسة الحقائق الراهنة المتعلقة به بهدف الحصول على معلومات كافية ودقيقة عنه. حدود الدراسة وعينتها: تقتصر الدراسة على تتبع دور معلمة رياض الأطفال في إثراء اللغة المنطوقة لطفل الروضة بمحافظة قنا. - تطبق الدراسة الحالية على عينة من موجهات رياض الأطفال بروضات المدارس الحكومية والخاصة التابعة لوزارة التربية والتعليم بمحافظة قنا في الفترة من 1-10-2009 إلى 25-11-2009 خلال اجتماعهن الدوري بالمديرية.
Language is the basis of social life and it is the pillar of human communication, a mean to express human needs, desires, feelings and emotions. if the language of this importance to human life in general, the growth of the child pre-school can manage his life the best possible. It is a valuable help to form his universe in all its dimensions and aspects, and it enables him to recognize things that surrounded him. Child language influences in this period by words, structures and grammar of most companionship people at home, kindergarten and watching cartoons films have serious effects on the values of the child and his language. The importance of the study * Language is a vital key for the child to shape his universe, to satisfy his needs and to form his trends, especially in pre school period. * Child's full comprehension of his national language is a basis of embodiment of his nationality and enriching his belonging. The method of the study and its tools The current study is considered a descriptive one that aims to study a certain situation that is characterized by limitation and studying the current facts in order to get sufficient and precise information. The borders of the study. The current study is limited to following: * Observing the role of the kindergarten teacher on enriching the spoken language of the child in "Qena province". * Implementing the current study on a sample of kindergarten supervisors in public and domestics schools in "Qena province" from 1/10/2009 till 25/11/2009 during their periodical meetings.
