المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على متطلبات سيجما ستة Six Sigma بجامعة الطائف، وإلى التعرف على واقع التطوير التنظيمي بجامعة الطائف من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس. وتحديد العلاقة بين متطلبات سيجما ستة Six Sigma والتطوير التنظيمي بجامعة الطائف. وتقديم التوصيات والمقترحات اللازمة لتوفير مختلف متطلبات سيجما ستة Six Sigma بما يعزز التطوير التنظيمي بجامعة الطائف. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتم بناء استبانتان الأولى متطلبات تطبيق أسلوب سيجما ستة بجامعة الطائف من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس مكونة من 35 فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات (المتطلبات الإدارية، المتطلبات البشرية، والمتطلبات التقنية، والمتطلبات المالية). والثانية استبانة واقع التطوير التنظيمي بجامعة الطائف من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس. مكونة من 26 فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات (أهداف واستراتيجيات التطوير التنظيمي، والأنظمة والسياسات الإدارية، والأساليب والأدوات التكنولوجية، وتنمية وتطوير أعضاء هيئة التدريس، والتقويم والتحسين المستمر). وتوصل البحث إلى: 1. أن مجال "المتطلبات البشرية" قد احتل المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي (3.70)، وجاء مجال "المتطلبات الإدارية" في المرتبة الثانية بمتوسط حسابي (3.67)، وجاء مجال "المتطلبات التقنية"، بالمرتبة الثالثة بمتوسط حسابي (3.66)، وجاء مجال "المتطلبات المالية" في المرتبة الرابعة بمتوسط حسابي (3.65). وقد بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لتقديرات أفراد العينة على هذا المجال ككل (3.67). 2. أن مجال "الأساليب والأدوات التكنولوجية" قد احتل المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي (4.06)، وجاء مجال "أهداف واستراتيجيات التطوير التنظيمي" في المرتبة الثانية بمتوسط حسابي (3.91)، وجاء مجال "الأنظمة والسياسات الإدارية". قد احتل المرتبة الثالثة بمتوسط حسابي (3.81)، وجاء مجالي "تنمية وتطوير أعضاء هيئة التدريس" و"التقويم والتحسين المستمر" في المرتبة الأخيرة بمتوسط حسابي (3.80). وقد بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لتقديرات أفراد العينة على هذا المجال ككل (3.88). 3. وجود علاقة ارتباطيه دالة موجبة بين مختلف مجالات متطلبات سيجما ستة والتطوير التنظيمي بمختلف أبعادها عند مستوى (0.01). الكلمات المفتاحية: متطلبات، سيجما ستة، التطوير التنظيمي، جامعة الطائف.

The current research aimed at identifying the requirements of six sigma at Taif university، ad recognizing the reality of organizational development at Taif university from the point of view of faculty members، as well as determining the relationship between the requirements of six sigma and the organizational development at Taif university. And finally presenting some recommendations and proposals necessary for the provision of the various requirements of six sigma so as to enhance organizational development at Taif university. The descriptive method was used، and two questionnaires were prepared، the first concerning the requirements of the application of six sigma at Taif University from the point of view of faculty members made up of 35 items distributed on four categories as follows: administrative requirements، human requirements، technical requirements and financial requirements. The second questionnaire was concerned about the reality of the organizational development at Taif University from the point of view of faculty members which consisted of 26 items distributed on five categories as follows: goals and strategies of organizational development، regulations and administrative policies، technological methods and tools، the development of faculty members and continuous assessment and improvement. The research results were as follows: 1. The category of "human requirements" ranked first with a mean (3.70)،the category of "administrative requirements" ranked second with a mean (3.67)، the category of "technical requirements" ranked third with a mean (3.66) and the category of "financial requirements" ranked fourth with a mean (3.65). the arithmetic average of the estimates of the sample regarding the requirements as a whole (3.67). 2. The category of "technological methods and tolls" ranked first with a mean (4.06)، the category of "goals and strategies of organizational development" ranked second with a mean (3.91)، the category of "administrative regulations and policies" ranked third with a mean (3.81) and both the categories of "development of faculty members" and "continuous assessment improvement" ranked last with a mean (3.80). the arithmetic average of the estimates of the sample regarding these categories as a whole (3.88). 3. There is a significant positive correlation among the different categories of the requirements of six sigma and the organizational development in its various dimensions at the level (0.01).
