لقد أصبحت المسؤولية البيئية في المؤسسة الصناعية أحد أكبر التحديات التي تواجه النظم الاقتصادية والدول والمنظمات الدولية والإقليمية، بحيث أن ارتفاع حجم النشاط الاقتصادي بقدر ما يساهم في زيادة معدلات التنمية، فإنه بالمقابل يساهم بشكل مباشر في التلوث البيئي واختلال مكونات وعناصر النظام البيئي، ويعتبر قطاع النفط العالمي أحد أهم القطاعات المؤثرة على التوازن البيئي، تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع تبني المؤسسة الصناعية الجزائرية للمسؤولية البيئية اتجاه المجتمع، والى ترسيخ مفهوم المسؤولية البيئية باعتبارها أسلوبا إداريا حديثا، وضرورة اقتصادية تهدف إلى حماية المجتمع والبيئة من مظاهر انتشار التلوث، وإلى تقوية ودعم صورة المؤسسة وطنيا وخارجيا، وقد كشفت الدراسة أن هنالك أثر لكل من السياسة البيئية، الوعي البيئي، التشريع والرقابة، ودعم خطط ومشاريع الإدارة على تبني المؤسسة لمسؤولياتها البيئية. كما خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات منها زيادة الاهتمام بالوعي البيئي ودعم المؤسسات في مجال حماية البيئة وإعادة تدوير المخلفات الصناعية، وضرورة الرقابة الحكومية في عمل الخطط طويلة المدى لتحقيق حماية الموارد الوطنية والتنمية المستدامة.
I've become environmental responsibility in Industrial Corporation one of the biggest challenges facing the economic systems, states and international and regional organizations, so that the high volume of economic activity as much as contributing to increasing rates of development, it in turn contributes directly to environmental pollution and the disruption of components and elements of the ecosystem, and is the oil sector Universal one of the main sectors affecting the ecological balance, the study aims to reveal the reality of the adoption of Industrial Corporation Algerian environmental responsibility towards society, and to consolidate the concept of environmental responsibility as a way administratively recently, and economic necessity to protect society and the environment from aspects of the spread of contamination, and strengthens and supports the image of the company nationally and externally, the study has revealed that there is an impact for each of the environmental policy, environmental awareness, legislation and supervision, and support for management plans and projects to adopt the institution to its environmental responsibilities. The study also concluded a series of recommendations, including increased attention to environmental awareness and support institutions in the field of environmental protection and recycling of industrial waste, and the need for government oversight in the work of the long-term plans to achieve national resource protection and sustainable development.
