يعد التعلم القائم على الويب web-based learning من المصادر التي يمكن الاستفادة منها في تكنولوجيا التعليم، والتي أدي توظيفها في بيئات التعلم إلى استحداث نوعية من تكنولوجيا التعليم تقوم على ثورة المعلومات الرقمية والوسائل المتعددة التفاعلية وتكنولوجيا الاتصال عن بعد، ويقصد به طريقة للتعليم باستخدام مواقع الويب التعليمية وآليات الاتصال الحديثة من حاسب وشبكاته ووسائطه المتعددة (صوت وصورة ورسومات)، وآليات بحث ومكتبات الكترونية، واستخدام التقنية بجميع أنواعها في إيصال المعلومة للمتعلم بأقصر وقت، وأقل جهد، وأكبر فائدة، فالتعلم القائم على الويب يعد من التقنيات التربوية الحديثة ومن الممارسات التي تعمل على تطوير التعليم وزيادة عدد الطلاب، ويهدف البحث الحالي إلى الوقوف على فاعلية التعلم القائم على الويب في تنمية التعلم الذاتي وتنمية الاتجاه نحو التعلم القائم على الويب لدى طلاب الفرقة الثالثة شعبة تكنولوجيا التعليم كلية التربية النوعية – جامعة بنها. أدوات البحث: قام الباحث بإعداد الأدوات التالية: بطاقة تقييم مهارات التعليم الذاتي. مقياس الاتجاه نحو استخدام موقع عبر الويب. نتائج البحث: يوجد فرق دال إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب في بطاقة تقييم مهارات التعلم الذاتي لطلاب المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب في مقياس الاتجاه نحو التعلم القائم على الويب لطلاب المجموعة التجريبية والمجموع الضابطة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية.
Web-based learning is considered one of the resources that can be used in educational technology, which led to developing a kind of educational technology based on digital information revolution, interactive multimedia and distance (remote connectivity) technology.And it means a way or method of teaching and learning using educational web-sites and mechan¬isms of modern communication represented in the computer and its networks and multimedia (voice, image and graphics), search engines/mechanisms, electronic libraries, and the use of technology of all kinds in delivering information to the learner in the shortest time, with less effort, and with the greatest benefit. Web-based learning is considered one of the modern educa¬tional techniques and one of the practices that work on the development of education and the increase of number of students. The current research aims at identifying the effectiveness of Web-based learning in developing self¬learning and developing the trend towards web-based learning among students of the third year, Division of Educational Technology, Faculty of Specific Education-Banha University. Research Tools:The researcher prepared the following tools:Assessment card of self-learning skills.A measure of the trend towards the use of web-site. Research Results.There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of students in the assessment card of self-learning skills of students of the experimental group and the control group in favor of the experimental group.There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of students in the measure of the trend towards the use of web-based learning for students of the experimental group and the control group in favor of the experimental group. \
